Had a great month at this property and its exactly as pictured with exception of new high quality outdoor seating which was a great addition. We had a great time in Indian Shores! The home was great, spacious, clean, close to a lot of restaurants, seconds from the beach, and the ocean view was beautiful. We paid to have the beach chairs with umbrellas, 40 for the whole day is pretty reasonable. They’re also right next to a bird sanctuary which my kids loved, it was pretty cool! We had a really great time and would absolutely come back again! Highly recommend this property! I think my only complaint which has nothing to do with the owner specifically was the lack of shade by the pool. There are only a few tables with umbrellas and lots of spots to lay out.

Excellent location if you’re looking to stay between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. The unit was one of the most well-appointed we’ve experienced across numerous VRBO stays around the world—thoughtful details, well stocked, and very comfortable. Convenient access to great local restaurants and everyday amenities, with multiple notable beaches just a short drive away. A car is recommended for this location, and made getting around easy. We highly recommend this unit and proprietor.

Great location! Great view of the sunset from this room. Was the perfect fit for our family of 10 people. Great for kids because you can see both the pool and beach from your balcony. No complaints and communication from the owner/manager was great!
