The private Gulf front balcony offers pristine views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, this spacious outdoor area is furnished for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, and memorable sunsets over the water.

Inside, the bright living area features brand new coastal furnishings, updated flooring, soft beach inspired colors, and a flat-screen cable TV. Large windows and sliding glass doors bring the Gulf views indoors, while the spacious living and dining combination provides plenty of room for families to gather.

The full size eat in kitchen is equipped with appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and other essentials for dining at home. Stocked cabinets and drawers make it easy to prepare breakfast before heading down to the beach, pack snacks for a day on the sand, or enjoy a relaxed family dinner at the condo.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, private balcony access, a flat-screen cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, while the third bedroom offers one full bed and one twin bed. Both guest bedrooms have flat-screen cable TVs and share a hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Beach Cottage I 109 includes free WiFi, cable television in the living room and all three bedrooms, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, an in unit washer and dryer, and free local and North American calls. Bed linens, bath towels, seven beach towels, and check-out housekeeping service are also provided.

The Beach Cottages I & II community offers direct beach access, a heated Gulf front swimming pool, a hot tub, an extra large sun deck, three gas grills, poolside restrooms, an outdoor shower, an interior elevator, and stairs.

The condo’s assigned covered parking space is conveniently located near the stairwell leading to the condo hallway, with the elevator just a short walk away. Only one parking pass is issued at check-in. There are some limited guest parking spaces available by permit only based on availability. These are not always available.

Located along Gulf Boulevard in Indian Shores, Beach Cottage I 109 places guests near local restaurants, shops, watersports, and family friendly attractions. Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, and North Redington Beach are also within easy reach for exploring more of Florida’s Gulf Coast.

A seven-night minimum stay is required. Maximum occupancy is seven guests, including infants. Only one covered parking space is provided; RVs, trailers and boats are not permitted. This is a non-smoking and pet-free vacation rental. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
