Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor, Cottage Style Beach Themed Vacation condo. Centrally located in the heart of Clearwater and just a short 3.5-mile drive to Clearwater's award-winning white sandy beaches, Pier 60, Boating, Fishing, Golfing and the Pinellas Trail for miles of bicycle recreation.
This beach themed condo is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation and is only 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. Busch Gardens is 45 min away and the rest of Florida's major attractions like Disney World, Lego Land, Universal Studios, and Sea World are just a short 90 min drive.
The Avalon at Clearwater is a gated, resort-style, condominium community that offers a family friendly environment. Large geothermal heated swimming pool, 24/7 fitness facilities, clubhouse with kitchen, barbecue area and convenient free parking right outside the unit.
Nestled in a beautiful courtyard setting with manicured pathways and tropical plants. This condo offers a generous 1100 sq. ft. open floor plan with the two bedrooms on opposite sides offering guests maximum privacy allowing for an amazingly comfortable stay, perfect for sharing with family or another couple.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress, 65" flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan and has direct access to its own private bathroom as well as a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds with brand new firm perfect sleeper mattresses, 32" flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Bedrooms are also on opposite sides of the unit allowing for optimal privacy for guests.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless-steel appliances accented with beautiful quartz countertops. Perfectly appointed with all the necessities including microwave, regular coffee machine, Keurig coffee maker, four slice toaster and blender. Cabinets are fully stocked with glassware, barware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils.
Condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels. boogie boards, cooler and float noodles for your fun at the pool or on the areas many beautiful beaches.
In unit laundry room just off the kitchen includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided as well as a hair dryer.
Beautiful private covered Lanai with comfortable seating for outdoor relaxing and to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail with a walkout from the Master Bedroom as well as the Living Room.

Great Location
We’ve stayed at the Avalon condos a few times and have always enjoyed the location. The condo was clean and big enough for all 5 of us. The pool is close by and a good way to enjoy the evening after the beach. Communication with the owner was great. Highly recommend a stay here!

I have stayed in many VRBO but this one was one of the best. It’s a quiet neighborhood and close to beaches. The condo was beautiful and was stocked with everything you could need. We didn’t need to bring anything excepts our swim wear for the beach or pool. It was very clean and Lou was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this condo. It has lots of room and felt more like home. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful visit!!

Property was great. We were in the area for our children’s basketball tournament. We were able to house their grandparents. Great location between the tournament location and Clearwater where our children were staying. Would stay here again if in the area. Thanks, Lou.

Amazing Vacation Condo!
My Husband, our Son and our two young adult Granddaughters absolutely loved everything about their Condo! It was immaculate, well stocked with everything we could possibly need including beach chairs & towels, wagon, & pool noodles for the amazing pool!! The location was ideal with Clearwater Beach a very short drive, Publix and restaurants right across the street. Communication with the owners was great! Thank you for creating a beautiful vacation home away from home for us to enjoy! We will definitely be back! 😊

Perfect!!
The condo was just what we were looking for! It’s a quick 7-10 min drive to the beach and it was nice to escape the business of the beach area at the end of the day! The condo is beautifully updated and was a perfect setup for two teenage boys who like to game! The owner, Lou, is a delight to work with…great communication and very responsive! We would not hesitate to stay here again!! Thank you! 😊

Great place!
Family of 6 from Texas…our 2nd time to Florida, first time to Clearwater we chose to stay at the Avalon Condos which is about a 12 min drive to the beach, and 5 min to local grocery stores! The condo is newly renovated and our family had plenty of room with two bedrooms, one with a king and large bathroom and closet and a 2nd room with two queen beds and a 2nd bathroom in hall. No complaints from anyone about the beds. We all slept great! The condo is on the 2nd floor and our only complaint was the noise from the unit above but there’s nothing anyone can do about that when you stay in a multi-level place. Lou the owner was very accommodating and was just a call/text away if needed! The condo has plenty of towels, wash clothes, cooking utensils, W/D with detergent provided, beach toys, 6 beach chairs, 6 beach towels and Lou even had a beach wagon delivered day one of our stay! The condo was freshly cleaned bf arrival and we were able to check in early due to our early flight in! There is a small balcony with nice outdoor furniture to hangout on! We were the 2nd guests to stay at this newly rented condo! Lou is very open to suggestions needed for the condo! The 2nd bedroom closet is locked due to storage of owner furniture and I did suggest it would be nice to be able to use this for guests use which he was open to! Overall, our stay was great!
