On the main floor, you are met with wall-to-wall windows and a huge balcony off of the living room. All 7 bedrooms have their own TV and 3 of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the ground floor which has a workout room, bathroom, wet bar, and dining area along with your own theater room with an 85" TV! North and South Garages: The north side has 14 beach chairs, a wagon, a cooler, an umbrella, a washer & dryer, and a refrigerator.
Game Room: A foosball table, motorcycle-designed table with 4 chairs, dining table with 4 chairs, small wet bar kitchen, sliding doors to the pool area.
Workout Room: Yoga mats, exercise bike, total gym machine & weight bench, and bathroom.
Bathroom #1: Off of the workout room, full bathroom w/ shower.
Theater room: 85" TV, 2 rows of theater seating, 3 bean bag chairs, and 3 tables.

Kitchen: Ice/water refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, Keurig Duo, 4 slice toaster, blender, crockpot, and large island with 8 kitchen stools. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters are not always available.
Dining Area: Large dining table with bench and 8 chairs sitting in bay window with Intercoastal view.
Living Area: Large sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 end tables, gas fireplace, large TV, ceiling fan, sliding doors to balcony with 6 Adirondack chairs, and 3 tables.
Bedroom #1: 2 Queen-size beds, 1 nightstand, luggage racks, ceiling fan, TV, and en-suite bathroom. Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Step-in shower and single vanity
Bedroom #2: King-size bed, 2 nightstands, desk & chair, TV, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom. Bathroom #3 (En-suite): Step-in shower, single vanity, and balcony with stairs to the pool area.
Bedroom #3: Bunk room with king size on bottom and queen on top, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom #4: Step-in shower, single vanity, washer & dryer
Third Floor
Bedroom #4: Master bedroom suite with King-size bed, 2 nightstands, desk & chair, sliding doors to private balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs and table. 2 Chaise loungers with TV, console table, fireplace, and en-suite bathroom. Bathroom #5 (En-suite): Soaking tub, step-in shower w/ rain showerhead, double vanity, bench.
Outdoors: Heated pool, dining table with 6 chairs, loveseat, rocking chair, 2 chairs with table and umbrella, and gas grill.

Important Information
House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2. No parties or events. 3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance. 5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight. 6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property allows for 7-8 parking spots depending on the size of the vehicles.

The quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) has a nice array of local restaurants, retail, and sweet shops. The home is close to Casa Italia, Guppy's On the Beach, Café De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, TJ's Italian Café, Beach shops, and a salon. Brown Park is nearby and has a playground, basketball court, tennis court, and a covered picnic area. The Indian Rocks Library is located beyond Kolb Park which is a sports park and playground. Splash Harbor Water Park on the south end of IRB offers a great place to have fun and cool off in the lazy river.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Children's Museums. Enjoy a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away.
