Front bedroom has 2 twin beds with 1 twin trundle bed. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed. The couch has a Queen Size pull-out bed. One Free parking spot included per unit. Guest parking available upon request. Pack N' Play & high chair available upon request. BEING ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS IS A MUST!!! THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.

Located in a quiet residential area on the North end of World Famous Clearwater Beach! Short walk to restaurants & bars but far enough away from the busy part of the beach to enjoy the peace & quiet!

This condo is located on the Second level (3rd floor, because ground floor is parking) and being able to climb stairs is a must. There is no elevator. Please note, Florida has a lot of different types of possible annoyances (or features!) that are out of our control- Like excessive seaweed, red-tide, Lovebug season, mosquitoes, bugs, etc. Please have patience & understanding for any possible issues we have to work through. I will always do my best to make your trip the best it can be! If there is anything that I'm aware of before your stay, I will certainly let you know ahead of time.
