Downstairs next to pool. Very Private romantic Studio apt with King bed, private bath, full modern kitchen, laundry... all amenities. Recliner loveseat sofa for viewing the large flat screen TV.
Tastefully decorated. Perfect for a Couple’s getaway . We do not allow more than two people in this studio cottage. Ample parking for a small boat and trailer. There is a fish cleaning station on the side of the building and a great outdoor area in front of the studio for early morning coffee and afternoon lounging. Much much more than you will find anywhere for the price! The beach is just steps away. Beach wagon, 8ft umbrella and folding beach chairs on site for guest use. If you are looking for a larger cottage or you have a child, please see our other properties: “Redfish” and “Trout.” Fast high-speed internet with wifi speed tests > 500 mbps often seen.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Pompano!! Perfect accommodations for myself and husband! Location was awesome, pool was a bonus and the property was immaculate! Brandon was awesome and we’ve already scheduled next years trip back to this little beach side studio in paradise!

On our arrival at the property, we were pleasantly surprised that the location was right across from the beach. To add to the excitement, the pool was right outside our studio. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the studio, we found that to be a great plus. We have to give special thanks to Joe, he was a really good man who was not only helpful and quick to respond, he was also a very kind man.... Thank you Joe.The check in was perfect but upon entry to the studio, we were overcome with the strong odor of dampness. We located a dehumidifier, turned it on with hopes of dissipating the smell. We even bought a bucket of Damp Rid but 6 days later the odor still remained.The surface appearance was clean and tidy but on further inspection we found areas that were not clean such as shelving, draws and cabinets.The pool unfortunately has broken/uneven decking with old patio/pool furniture but the pool itself was clean and very enjoyable to swim in.We truly enjoyed St George's Island, the beach was uncrowded and peaceful and we had a lovely vacation. We had some mixed feelings about our stay at the studio but we truly feel that this property with improved cleanliness and attention to detail, with it's incredible location can certainly be a 5 star property.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the POMPANO Beach Studio. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and our dog, it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location. We loved being close to the beach, and the pool was such a nice bonus. It felt peaceful and easy from the moment we got there. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Overall, a perfect place to stay for just two. But, know that this property has an upstairs house on one side of a breezeway that separates the studio where we stayed. The shared fenced in pool was clean. There are plenty of chairs to take right across the street to the beach. The beach access trail is to the right and a quick walk—really nice! BTW this place is close to the stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of silverware, plates, coffee cups, glasses etc. I’m pretty sure that there were other kitchen items available but we didn’t cook or eat there so I can’t speak to that. The bathroom was clean and housed the stacking W/D—I didn’t need or look for laundry soap but there was a hotel size bar of soap for the shower and sink. The bed and pillows were comfortable and smelled clean. Plenty of clean fresh smelling towels. The AC was excellent!! It did smell a bit musty but not bad enough to keep from coming back. Thank you for a great break from life!

Very close to the beach. Pool was nice and everything was clean inside and the fishing cart really came in handy! The only change I would make is to be able to have more outside views from the door. There is a liner or someone over it so you can’t see outside. But we would come back here again!

Just right for two people. Place was clean and the necessary items for cooking. The negative was that the renters in an adjoining apartment were loud and obnoxious till after 10PM every night. Perhaps too young to be renting!

I booked for three nights beginning Christmas Eve (12/24/2024), I had to leave after one night, on Christmas Day, due to my sick dog. I really didn’t have time to enjoy the property, but I plan to return one day. Everything was clean and just as described. Brandon was a wonderful host and communication was always available

Love St.George island & decided to visit for our 25th anniversary. We are also there to look for property in the area. This little place is great for Just the Two of Us and just across the street from the beach, we had family over from Jacksonville and they stayed in Apalachicola but came to join us for breakfast and a couple days at the beach. We had a little inconvenience with the hurricane but very little interruption with our stay. Brandon was great to work with and excellent at communicating back and forth. Thanks again

My daughter and I stayed here and loved it! Check in was super easy and communication leading up to check in was excellent. The unit was clean and comfortable. Most enjoyable week. The space was perfect for just me. Would still be perfect for 2 people. It had everything I needed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. You can hear the ocean waves while you sit out front with your morning coffee. If you bring family, the adjoining properties would be perfect and this space makes a great space for a single or couple who wish to have more privacy. The paths to the beach are directly across the street and Brandon provides chairs, an umbrella, and wagon for each property. How perfect! I’d definitely rent again.
