Met most expectations.
We recently stayed at this home and, overall, found it to be quite nice. The owners allowed us an early check-in for an additional 50.00 which we had ready to pay, but the owners never showed up to collect it. After some reflection, we believe our efforts in cleaning not to pay so it's unfortunate that this arrangement didn't go as expected. While the home itself had many positive aspects, there were several areas that could use improvement to enhance the overall guest experience: I will list a few of our experiences, but because of my word limits you only type so many characters, This is a snapshot• Communication: It was challenging to get responses from the owners. We often had to message through App to receive answers to basic questions, like when the garbage was collected. During our nearly month-long stay, better communication would have been appreciated.• House Guidelines: Unlike our experiences, there were no house rules, departure instructions, or local recommendations provided. It would have been helpful to have information about nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions.• Garage Access: We were unable to use the garage due to a broken door. While these issues didn't ruin our stay, addressing them could significantly improve the experience for future guests. We cleaned drawers and windows. With better communication, some attention to detail, and a few upgrades, this property could truly stand out as an exceptional. Date of arrival - March 1, 2025
