« Stephanie, the host was really great and very responsive. We needed the location close to Tampa General due to stepdad having a pretty serious surgery. We needed to be able to go back-and-forth and it was about a six minute drive so it was perfect. Beds were very comfortable plenty of room for the four of us that were staying there. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. Near enough to restaurants also . »

« This house had all we needed for a family of six.Host had great communication and made the process very easy. Location is central to Tampa and in a quiet neighborhood.The pool and hot tub was a nice bonus. »

There was two of us staying for a full week and there was only three towels provided that was less than ideal and then we did not realize or see anywhere in the listing about the crazy bar scene one of the nights every single road was closed and we had to take a long route around to get to the house. There was drunk people literally standing in the lawn in front of the house. It didn’t feel unsafe or anything just not exactly what you want to see when you’re just...

« There were a number of reasons for this rating. The listing said there was wi-fi - there was none. It said there was a tub - there is not. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker or even ice trays. There are two floorboards in the second bedroom that need to be glued down since they stick up. The coffee maker still had grounds in it. The TV is Roku and does not get general stations. On the positive side it was a great location for us. »

« It was cozy & quiet but there was nowhere to put things. The few drawers there were had sheets in them. A few other things that would help:Hooks on back of doors, a small storage shelf somewhere, an iron and ironing board, a mirror for dressing. Also, the 2 rugs in kitchen were dirty. »

« Joel is a fantastic host of an amazing property. The attention to detail in the home is perfect for a short or long stay. The home offers spacious and comfortable bedrooms, plenty of common areas and TV’s. The pool is an added bonus with plenty of pool floats and lounge chairs. This is a great place and I will definitely book on my next trip to Tampa. »
