There was two of us staying for a full week and there was only three towels provided that was less than ideal and then we did not realize or see anywhere in the listing about the crazy bar scene one of the nights every single road was closed and we had to take a long route around to get to the house. « It was an older house. Could use some updating. Cold A/C and hot water were both on point The area is an older area that the town is trying to re-vamp. So lots of older and newer buildings. The outside of the rental does not make you feel warm and fuzzy, however we had no issues with the area or people around us. It is close to a lot of stuff which made getting around a breeze. »

« Very nicely renovated home! Myself and two other co-workers were in Tampa for a week on a business trip. Hotel rates are crazy!! We found this wonderful house to stay in for our trip. Great communication from the hosts. All rooms have king beds! I got lucky and snagged the bedroom off the kitchen area with the super nice walk in shower. Coffee maker does both pods and drip! We didn’t need the laundry however, the machines were brand new and the hosts gave us pods. »

« Very clean and is exactly what is pictured and promised. Check in process was extremely smooth and it was so easy to get in contact with the host with any problems or questions. I would definitely book again! »

« Well, first of all it did not sleep 10. And the beds available were at mid par. One of the rooms had four little bunkbeds in there like summer camp or something for your kids so I guess if you’re going on vacation with one other family who has maybe 1 to 2 kids then it will work because it’s only two queen size beds, which would have to be for the parents of course. « Interior of the house was great. All new appliances, flooring, bedding all good. Neighborhood and the outside pool area were ok, but not great. Pool is large but very basic. Detached hot tub was nice. Pool screened enclosure ripped or missing. Owners were not helpful when we needed to adjust our last minute booking while in town for a family funeral service that was delayed. »
