« It was very clean and wellkept. Housekeeping was on time always. The front desk was super nice. I loved the lucky cup coffee cafe downstairs, super convenient, and amazing food. So close to the pier and the fun bars! The only downside is they didn’t have a waterfill station only water fountains in which you’d have to bring your mouth too but I survived (I had extra water bottles on me). »

« Eric was very accommodating...most hosts have a firm rule regarding early check ins....they don't allow it. »

« The host was very responsive. The house was as described. Great location to Pinellas trail. Was able to ride bike into downtown easily on the bikes provided with the rental. We had a wonderful time with our first trip to St. Petersburg. Would definitely stay here again. »

« My only gripe is the fact that the advertising is mieleading because the pictures show the hotel next the beach, bu in reality is 10 or so miles from it… »

« Host did not respond to two emails, never provided access information. VRBO tried to contact her twice by phone, no answer. Ended up refunding me and providing an extra credit to use for a rebook - but nothing was available for the timeframe I was down here in St Pete; fortunately I was able to stay with friends, but that should Not have happened. Poor service from the host. Great service from VRBO, but no help due to the events going on in town so no availability. »
