« Spotless, very comfortable & 1/2 block from Tampa's famed South Howard Ave ( SoHo). There are probably 15-20 restaurants & bars located within about a mile radius. Great location, off street parking & inside is very quiet! »

« Interior of the house was great. All new appliances, flooring, bedding all good. Neighborhood and the outside pool area were ok, but not great. Pool is large but very basic. Detached hot tub was nice. Pool screened enclosure ripped or missing. Owners were not helpful when we needed to adjust our last minute booking while in town for a family funeral service that was delayed. »

« Could use some new putters for the putting area, but we enjoyed putting anyway as we are not "pros" by any means. The check-out directions were a little inconsistent (whether to start dishwasher/laundry), but not a problem. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and all went well. Thank you. »
