« Our stay had a mix of positives and several frustrations.The living area was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked great.However, the kitchen was not well equipped. There was an oven but no cookware (no cookie sheet), measuring cups but no mixing bowls, only three sets of silverware, and no kitchen towels. There was a Keurig but no pods or reusable filter to use your own coffee.Basic amenities were lacking—no toiletries were provided, and the only soap in the bathroom was...

We thought it would take two days to get an answer, just like the questions I had earlier during booking that took more than a day to answer. Also, I got sick with cancer, and no longer mobile. « The unit was NOT the same as the one depicted in the photo. Additionally, as soon as we entered the unit, we noticed several examples of damage that we reported immediately. For example, the towel rack in the bathroom was actually on the floor; one of the closet doors in the bedroom was improperly installed, loose and dangling from its hinge point; the pantry door had been damaged and had painter's blue tape holding it together. These are only a few examples. I can provide photos if necessary....
