Locations de vacances privées à South Scottsdale

« A wonderful safe place to stay! Highly recommend!!! »

« This place is clearly owned by someone who never visits the property and the cleaning crew just goes to collect a check. Walking barefoot in the house was a no-go and turns your feet black as night on the bottom as if it hasn’t ever been mopped. The pool table is NOT USABLE it is very worn down with bumps and holes in the table fabric. It seems like they just found a cheap rundown pool table on facebook or something to jack up the price for amenities. The pool was nice but the lights don’t work,...

« Delightful and quiet place.Amazing location. Fair price for the quality and the services provided.Recommended to everyone. »

« This place was very clean! Pretty close to different restaurants. I would definitely rent this house again. »

« My wife and I had a very nice stay at the property. The property was very nice and really much too much space for just the two of us but for the cost that is similar to a hotel chain it was nice to have the extra space. The place was virtually perfect. The only minor issues (a slow draining sink and a sticky shower valve) were reported to the owner and he has agreed to have them repaired. »

« The pool was dirty, the hot tub did not work, the thermostat malfunctioned, the A/C went off periodically in 112 heat, and to top it all off the host doubled the price for unfounded cleaning charges. we didn't party and took out all the trash, and loaded and ran the dishwasher. Also, the doors to the washer dryer were broken, a bathroom vent did not work, and there was clearly previous water damage. There is a second, tiny countertop microwave because the main one does not work. STAY AWAY. »

« The townhouse was very clean. It is close to many good restaurants and shopping areas. »

« Great location and house was well stocked with soap, towels etc. Host was super responsive when we had a minor issue- will stay again! »

« It was a nice place to stay, close to Old Town that only had us paying 7-10 for an Uber XL to get to bars. The house itself is a little worn but it did its job as a place to sleep. Defintely not a Bachelorette-cute-photo op-spot but can get pictures in the pool area. Adding some brighter lights/lamps in some areas would be nice too. The owner takes a little bit to respond but eventually got around to it. »
