Inside, warm boho touches, an oak kitchen, and a welcoming lounge invite everyone to settle in. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and room for ten, your Old Town escape feels easy from day one.

The Space
Welcome to SOTO—Scottsdale Old Town Oasis—a four-bedroom, three-bathroom retreat with warm Southwest boho interiors and a backyard made for time together. With room for up to ten registered guests, it’s a welcoming place to make your Scottsdale stay your own.

Living Areas
Natural light and warm desert tones give the open living room an easy, inviting feel. Settle into the comfortable seating for a movie on the smart TV, or open the folding glass patio door to bring the backyard into the rhythm of your day.

Kitchen & Dining
The oak kitchen pairs stainless steel appliances with generous counter space and the essentials for preparing meals at home. Gather indoors for breakfast or bring dinner outside and enjoy the desert air.

A drip and single-serve coffee maker are provided with a starter selection of pods. Please bring any additional coffee you’ll want during your stay.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Four bedrooms provide the following sleeping arrangements:
• One bedroom with a king bed.
• One bedroom with a queen bed.
• One bedroom with two twin beds.
• One bedroom with four twin beds.

Three bathrooms help keep mornings comfortable for your group. The home accommodates no more than ten registered guests.

Private Pool, Hot Tub & Backyard
Enjoy an afternoon by the private pool, settle into the five-person hot tub with complimentary heating, or share a little friendly competition on the putting green.

The BBQ grill and outdoor dining table invite easy meals together. When the evening cools, gather around the fire pit with seating for four and enjoy the slower side of Scottsdale. Pool towels are provided. No diving is permitted, and children should always be closely supervised around the water.

Lounge Area
The converted garage offers a lounge area, giving your group another inviting place to gather between pool time and exploring.

Work & Everyday Comforts
Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and an in-home washer and dryer help you settle in with ease. Heating and air conditioning add comfort throughout your visit.

A Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair are provided for families. Please bring any additional childcare items you need.

Explore Scottsdale
Old Town Scottsdale’s restaurants, galleries, shopping, and nightlife are a short drive away. Make an evening of it, or return early and let the backyard be the best part of your plans.

Guest Access
Make yourself at home with private access to SOTO, including its living spaces, four bedrooms, and private outdoor gathering areas.

Enjoy self check-in using your entry code, which we’ll share through your reservation messages.

The driveway and wraparound parking accommodate approximately four to five vehicles. Street parking is not available; please plan for your group’s vehicles to fit on the property.

Our team and approved service providers may visit for scheduled property care or necessary services, as outlined in Other Details to Note.

From the care we put into preparing your home to the support we offer throughout your visit, every detail is guided by one goal: helping you feel beautifully taken care of.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take approximately 5–6 hours between reservations to thoughtfully clean and prepare SOTO for your arrival. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
This home does not accommodate pets. Thank you for keeping this in mind when planning your stay.

Guests
Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to 10 guests in total.

Pool & Hot Tub Heating
A warm soak in the hot tub is yours to enjoy, with complimentary heating throughout your stay. The pool does not have a heater at this time.

Additional Cleaning Services
Would you enjoy a refresh during your stay? Additional cleaning services are available for an added fee. Simply message our team for pricing and scheduling—we’ll be happy to help arrange the service.

For Families
To make traveling with little ones a little easier, we provide a Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair. Please bring any additional childcare essentials your family needs. Children should always be closely supervised around pools and hot tubs.

Security Policy
For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the exterior of the home only. To help maintain a peaceful setting for everyone, parties, unauthorized events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund.

Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access
To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for pool care, landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities, including the pool and hot tub, may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.

Heating and Cooling
Please make yourself comfortable by adjusting the thermostat during your stay. Our heating and cooling systems have preset operating limits to help protect the equipment and keep it running reliably.

Scottsdale Occupancy Disclosure
In accordance with the City of Scottsdale, the property accommodates a maximum of six adults and their related dependent children, with no more than 10 registered guests in total. Events and parties are not permitted.
