This cozy retreat boasts a queen bed and two double beds, a soothing Jacuzzi tub and shower, a welcoming living room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, you'll have easy access to outdoor adventures, lake activities, casino's and Heavenly Village. Book your stay today for a memorable Tahoe getaway!

Our 2021-renovated lodge offers everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Get a full night’s rest on our memory foam mattresses. After a long hike or day on the slopes, relaxing in the jacuzzi tub in your room is a must! There is also plenty of outdoor space from the shared balcony overlooking the neighboring mountains to make the most of your time in the clear, crisp mountain air.


You will be welcomed the moment you walk in the door by clean sent, wooden furniture, cozy sitting areas, and custom gas fireplaces that create the feel of a mountain oasis.


You’ll have the convenience of a full kitchen with cookware and a dining area. The living room is open and spacious and highlighted by the custom fireplace. Above it is a smart TV with all your favorite streaming services—with super-fast WiFi for all your streaming and stay-cation needs!

Yes, we are pet friendly but we only allow maximum of 2 dogs. Your furry friends are welcome for an additional pet fee (please contact us prior to booking to ensure availability). With consideration for future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets do NOT get on any of the furniture including the beds and you cannot leave your dogs unattended.


The cabin has a gas fireplace in the living room AND master bedroom, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Each bathroom features a glass walk-in shower, and the master bathroom has the added bonus of a jacuzzi tub to highlight your relaxing stay or romantic getaway ;)


Each large bedroom has its own closet with hangers and a desk area for our work-from-home guests. The space inside the unit is completely private, and only the outside areas, like the balcony, are shared.


The property itself has plenty of bonus amenities to explore. You’re also encouraged to relax next to the fire pit on cool, starry nights out on the spacious balcony overlooking the neighboring mountains. So, what are you waiting for?

We offer contactless check-in, 24/7. You can access your room via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in (easy-peasy!) and will be functional from check-in to check-out.

We have a local manager who can be available for extenuating circumstances or in emergencies. Otherwise, you will have a contact-less check-in and checkout procedure.

Please be aware that other guests are staying in other units. The building was built in the 1950s, and unfortunately, because of the thin walls, noise can sometimes be heard from other units. However, we have property managers on site for any noise complaints should it get to that point!


Your furry friends are welcome for an additional pet fee (please contact us before booking to ensure availability). Considering future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets not get on any furniture, including the beds.

We have 4 separate family units on site. The design and layout of your reserved unit may vary slightly from the photos. If you have any questions about your unit’s specific details post-booking, reach out, and we will be happy to answer!


All large units are located on the second floor.

Units may vary and will not be exactly as the pictures being shown as this is a Multi-Listing.

We do not have a generator for power interruptions.


We have a pack-and-play available upon request!


Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.


We are 100% pet-friendly, but have some rules! Please see our policies to ensure you understand. Booking implies agreement to our pet policy and fees.


We cannot have accept parcels on your behalf when delivered to the property -


Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Pool is now open and guests are welcome to use it.

Portable AC (Air Conditioning) units are only available during summer season.

We feel that transparency is very important and want to give you an accurate picture of your stay. Many of these factors are out of our control, so we ask for your understanding when reviewing the property. Either way, we are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if there is anything we can do during your stay, you just let us know.

1 - General:
a) No parties.
b) Quiet time after 9pm.


2 - Pets:
a) At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit.
b) Non-dangerous/non-aggressive pets are welcomed to join you for your stay.
b) We have maximum of two pets per unit.
c) All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you.
d) You must clean up and dispose of your pets waste. Pets can relieve themselves in the strip of grass behind the lodge (the side opposite the entry way doors). Waste must then be disposed of in the dumpster by the storage shed (east side of the property).
e) Pets can be left openly unattended in the unit and in the kennel, as long as they don't bark constantly.
f) An extra $50 will be applied towards the cleaning fee for your stay and be requested through the app.
g) Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancelation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.

3 - Early check-in:
a) Please note that we charge a $25 fee for early check-in and kindly give us a heads up if you are going to check-in early.

4 - Late check-out:
a)Please note that we charge a $25 fee if you are going to check out late.


Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.

Failure to comply with one or more of our policies may result to extra charges or eviction.

Great location clean upstairs unit. The remodel was done well and the kitchen was well stocked. Surprised there was no oven but everything else was awesome. Would highly recommend

Beautiful Stay!!

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was great! Close to the beach, walking distance to the village, and private parking made it very enjoyable. The group fit comfortably in the space and had a great time.

Vacation week is Tahoe

Great communication, good location for walking to the beach and in town restaurants. Pool was bigger than it looked in pictures and we used the onsite BBQ which was a nice bonus. One drawback is that the listing says it has AC but it’s not central and the unit is located in living room (neither bedroom) which would’ve been nice to know. It was a warm week in Tahoe so it was warm at night in the bedrooms. Likely not an issue most of the season but it was for us.

No Air Conditioning

I am writing to express my frustration with the misleading listing of the property I recently stayed at. The apartment was advertised as having air conditioning, but it did not. For a two-bedroom apartment, there was only a single portable rolling air conditioner unit, which could only cool one room. This was particularly frustrating during the summer months, as we had to sleep with the windows open in the other room. This not only compromised our privacy but also exposed us to loud noises and people walking by at all hours. Additionally, the listing was deceiving because it did not guarantee the unit shown in the pictures. The unit we were assigned was located upstairs with no elevator access, which we were not informed about beforehand. This was another source of frustration. Despite these major issues, the apartment itself was decent.

Inaccurate Information

The place is nice and within walking distance of the lake and restaurants. However, the description of the unit is not accurate. It mentioned that there is AC, but there is no AC. It was too hot with both fireplaces' ignitions on. There were no instructions on how to use the appliances, including the TV. There was no privacy. You could not open the windows. People walking by can see the inside of the unit. The curtains were not enough for coverage. There were no specifications of where the unit was. They put us on the second floor. We have a family member with a mobility issue. When asked for a ground floor room, we were told there was no family unit on the ground floor. It was too late to change accommodation.

Cozy

This was nice just realize it was up stairs. This would usually not bother me but i have a hurt leg. Also the construction. We were not told about it before hand so upon arriving i thought we had the wrong place and that we were going to have to find last minute lodgings. But beds were comfotable.
