The owner sent very clear instructions to find the house and how to use everything and was available to contact should we have needed anything. Would have been useful to be clearer about the extra costs for the hot tub - details are a bit buried and I only spotted it a week before we arrived.Had a wonderful holiday and we were lucky with the weather. « We had a perfect calm, quiet and much needed break after a busy christmas period. The house is beautiful, watching the ebb and flow of the tide on the Dart was just the tonic we needed. It's also perfect for kids, the pool was (obviously!) great entertainment for them, as was the separate playroom, which had lots of toys from the residents that were available to use. The village of Dittisham is lovely, the Ferry boat pub a nice meandering walk through the village, with the closer pub doubling up...
