« We had the most wonderful stay at Combe Down. It’s a truly magical place to visit with family or friends. The photos do no justice to the incredible sea views you have from the garden, and most of the bedrooms. The interior decor is gorgeous and perfectly kept. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with a lovely welcome hamper. The location is 7-8 min drive down into Salcombe and to nearby beaches, but it’s lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle of town and have more space to enjoy. The...

« We came to stay to visit a relative in Kingswear and it was perfect. Clean and well appointed it is 200m from the lower car ferry and passenger ferry to Dartmouth Even better same distance to the lovely Ship Inn in Kingswear!We had two teenage boys and the bunk beds were fineOn arrival it was a bit cold and Sharon helped us with the heating and kind enough to drop more logs offWe didn’t use the top patio area as it was April but went for a look and it was greatHighly recommend this little...

« The house is light, modern, clean, spacious and has great entertaining spaces. It overlooks a caravan park, but we knew this and that was fine. The major issue was that the washing machine is broken and it fused the electricity of the house mid-cycle with a full load of my kids’ clothes (sitting in dirty water). "Très bonne prise en charge dès l'arrivée au parking. Arrivée sur l'île en "sea tractor" (j'en rêvais). Excellent accueil à l'hôtel. La décoration et le mobilier Art Déco des chambres et des parties communes sont superbes. Très belle vue. La chambre était spacieuse avec un petit balcon. Lit immense très confortable. La salle de bain était bien mais petite. Comme il n'y avait pas de paroi de douche, même en faisant très attention, tout était inondé y compris l'accès aux toilettes. Excellent diner dans le très beau Pub "le Pilchard". "
