« Belle chambre avec une trÚs belle vue par compte les serviettes anciennes avec déchirures..la receptioniste la 1er nous a accueillies avec un pessimisme sans aucune sourire ni bon accueilles.Le petit déjeuner pas digne de la chaßne mercure pas trop de choix et pas bonne qualité de café par contre la localisation et la vue et la propriété de la chambre rien a dire.

« Bathrooms badly need upgrading. Caulk between some of the tiles need cleaning. Edge of bathroom door has chipped paint. Old style heaters do not work.
Staff were excellent and brought up a space heater for the room.

« Ibis did not provide breakfast on day 1 and we had to go next door to the sister hotel Mercure. Following day Ibis was supposed to provide breakfast but when we went down tables hadn't been cleared and there was little food. We were told there was a problem with the kitchen and we had to go next door again to the Mercure.
That night we went to the bar and it was covered in dirty glasses and the girl behind the bar was barely coping.
They seem to have a shortage of staff or at the very least...

La dĂ©coration et le mobilier Art DĂ©co des chambres et des parties communes sont superbes. TrĂšs belle vue. La chambre Ă©tait spacieuse avec un petit balcon. Lit immense trĂšs confortable. La salle de bain Ă©tait bien mais petite. Comme il n'y avait pas de paroi de douche, mĂȘme en faisant trĂšs attention, tout Ă©tait inondĂ© y compris l'accĂšs aux toilettes. Excellent diner...

« Overall this hotel was lovely and a wonderful location.
Positives
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a pet friendly garden suite which was ideal, the hotel food was fabulous and the spa was clean with a lovely pool, steam and sauna rooms.
We did have a leak in our bathroom coming from upstairs which wasn't fixed and also there was some noise coming from upstairs. Housekeeping only came once in three days and didn't fully clean, I did mention this on the last day but...

« I had the best stay here for theEaster holiday weekend! It was such a beautiful property in a stunning location with incredible views! Itâs a dog friendly hotel and they were so nice to my dog who I brought with us. Every single person who is part of the hotel staff is so lovely, helpful and kind!!! Amazing customer service!! The breakfast and Dinners that we had at the restaurant were all so delicious!! Will come back to stay again! 10/10!! »

« 2nd visit here so was slightly disappointed with the room this time as the bathroom was tiny and the shower was so small and had a high step to get in it i was unable to use it due to issues with one of my legs so had to strip wash for 3 days and just put my head in when washing hair. »
