« This property is ideal for a large family group. We had teens at 16 years to their grandparents at 80 and the house worked well for all of us. The property is clean and well presented but still practical so you can relax in it. It was very well set up in terms of equipment and facilities. The hot tub and sauna were a surprising godsend to our break, giving us plenty of things to do around the house when the weather wasn’t fantastic. « Shalimar was perfect, just 10 minutes from the centre of beautiful Salcombe, however, I would not recommend for anyone with disabilities due to the steep hills! The house was clean and comfortable with an abundance of facilities, we would definitely stay again and fully recommend. »

« The property has been nicely modernised with a high end kitchen and bathrooms and has a cute sun-trap garden. All three bedrooms are good size although the first floor master has low sloping ceilings which provided a nasty bump on the head on several occasions for two of us! A big plus was that there was always lots of hot water for showers plus there is a washing machine and tumble drier too. Right in the middle of Salcombe within walking distance of everything but discreetly tucked away. Adrian the property host was on hand to help with anything we needed to make it a memorable stay.
