« Perfect holiday rental »

« Lovely location and a great place to stay. Made all the more easier by having a parking permit available for us to use. Flat was well equipped and lovely and clean. Had a little trouble disposing of the rubbish as they requested as we couldn’t access the rubbish location, and the instructions for the check out were a bit confusing. I would definitely early recommend this flat though. »

« Only downside- electric towel rail in bathroom not working.Our second visit - last some years ago. Fantastic + convenient location. which perfectly suited our purposes out of season lIt was a bit noisy with nearly every building around having scaffolding erected! It would have been good to know that Fore Street was to be closed for 3 weeks. »

« Kingswear and Dartmouth are fascinating places, and Riverdene is the perfect location to explore this beautiful area. Fantastic views from the front windows, particularly the spacious bedroom. Bathroom and shower very good. Will hopefully be back soon! »

« This property is need of a lot of repair. Leaks through the ceiling, peeling paint, the water tank is a real issue - you may run out of drinking water! Marks and holes in walls through the property. It is not a virtual check in you have to go collect the keys. We lost two hours trying to get hold of virtual check in. Microwave sounds like it’s going to explode and dishwasher doesn’t work. Really terrible stay. The only plus is there’s a lovely view »
