« We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults. »

« If you're looking for something cozy in a convenient location, this is it. It's definitely not for people that pack more than one bag on a trip, and taller people may not be able to use the shower at all. It's tight quarters! But everything is well thought-out and lovingly renovated. « Family group of 7 in town for a memorial service. This house was perfect for our group, easy access to the highway, Cherry Creek, coffee shops and all the activities we had. We all enjoyed our stay and the house was clean and comfortable. »
