« It was a cute apartment and they stocked it well. They even left towels specific to dry off your snowboard and skis. They communicated well about how to get in the apartment. It’s on the Main Street so a number of cafes, restaurants, and cute little shops within walking distance. The drive to Wolf Creek for snowboarding was less than an hour. When I come back to ski I will try to get this apartment again. My only note is that you have to walk about 20 stairs to get to it, so if that’s a problem...

« There are some neighborhood deer that hang out nearby and we met the neighbor cat. It's close to downtown so I was able to walk and browse alone as my husband was tired after our drive. It's small, but it worked for just the two of us. »

« Even though the proprty is a bit older, it was clean, and sooo comfortable. If we needed anything, one phone call and my questions were answered. We had 5 adults and the 1 bathroom, and there were no issues. I suggest anyone looking to do anything in Lake City- jeeping Alpine Loop, side by sides, don't overlook Silver Street. « My husband and I spent four nights at this property in early June 2025. We loved the location of this apartment, and that it had a patio and fenced backyard area for our sweet pup. The home was cozy and comfortable and within walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants. The owners provided detailed instructions for check-in and the home was well stocked with everything you need for your trip. My husband was able to get early morning pictures of a moose, in a lake area about 10 minutes...
