« We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean and the atmosphere was bright and very comfortable. Marta, our host, was very friendly and responsive to any question or need that we might have had. She made us feel extremely welcome and cared for. Having a kitchen greatly served our purposes, and helped us to save on meals. I think the rental provided a good value for us. If we come back to Colorado Springs, Marta’s place will be first on our list to seek availability. »

« Listing accurate. Residence clean and neat location great for shopping food and going to local attractions. Quiet neighborhood and on site parking. Only issue is main AC unit not working apparently and only a window ac unit in bedroom available. This was adequate but main ac should be repaired. Just a suggestion that the small couch should be replaced with a hide a bed for additional family member. Overall I would revisit this property the communication with owner/ agent was great high marks...

"Hotel tres bien situé à 10 minutes du centre. En face du depart de la navette pour manitou incline. Chambres très spacieuse. Personnel très aimable. En revanche le petit dejeuner n'en est pas un et nous sommes restés 3 nuits et personne n'est passé ne serait ce que pour vider les poubelles."
