Au delà de nos attentes - Staff d'exception!!
Nous avons séjourné au Privileged Floor Lotus Blanc et je n'ai que de bons mots envers cet hôtel. Les chambres sont extrêmement propres et grandes. L'emplacement est idéal. Le service de transport pour les tours est très facilitant. Mais le plus grand atout de cet hôtel, c'est sans aucun doute son personnel! Nous avons voyagé beaucoup à travers le monde et je n'ai jamais vu un endroit pareil. Les gens sont sincèrement gentils, respectueux, aimables et extrêmement attentionnés. Je n'ai jamais rien vu de tel! Un merci particulier à ceux qui ont été si gentils avec nous et qui ont rendu ce séjour encore plus merveilleux : -Bora (a special thank you for the upgrade and your everyday kindness); -Ken (thank you for your good advise for the tours and for making our stay a really good one); -Mr. Von (the best driver ever) -and Satya (thank you Satya for your smile and your kindness, you are very funny and we really enjoyed our last meal at the hotel because of you)! Hotel vieillissant,plein de mal- façons dans les chambres: portes de placard difficiles à ouvrir,pas d'eau chaude dans la baignoire,je ne vais pas tout citer. Aucun intérêt à prendre le privilège floor,les chambres sont identiques à la partie Lotus Blanc les prestations comme le restaurant spécifique ne suffisent pas à justifier la différence de prix ,points positif: la gentillesse du personnel,la nourriture délicieuse .Conclusion : hotel agréable néanmoins si on ne cherche pas du luxe et un vrai 5 étoiles

Médiocre pas à la hauteur
Très decue : j'ai choisi l'hôtel car il indiquait 23 chambres soit parce que c'était un petit hôtel. En fait c'est un gros bâtiment ou plusieurs hôtels de la même chaîne sont regroupés.... Le descriptif indiquait navette gratuite pour le centre et en vrai il fait payer les navettes : pas classe. Au restaurant : plus grand chose à servir : toujours la même phrase il n'y en a plus ou ce n'est plus possible ! Par exemple incapacité de faire des vegetables springs rolls inscrits à la carte...on se demande encore pourquoi !!!! Prestation normale mais médiocre vu le prix des chambres à siem reap

Excellent place with nice people
We booked 2 rooms, located on first floor, overlooking the pool. The Privilege entitled us to several benefits such as personal driver for the length of our stay, personal assistant. We had a great time and our assistant Roseth and our driver Phea made this 3 days in Siem Reap very enjoyable. They organized our visits to the temples which are 15 minutes from the hotel. The swimming pool is huge and we had it for ourselves during our stay as most of the people leave by groups early in the day. We did some visits in the morning, came back at lunch time and back to the temples later in the afternoon. The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of variety. The restaurant is also very good.

I love this place! I extended my stay 2 more times…staying a total of 10 days. Great staff. Great property. We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are good. Beds, linens & decor was nice. Great water pressure. Staff will arrange transportation to activities for you. My only complaint would be to ask for more consistency in the kitchen. Restaurant Staff was friendly & helpful but need more training. I was a restaurant manager & catering chef so I pay attention to the details most people don’t notice. Other than improving consistency & staff training in the restaurant it was great at both locations. Breakfast was great. Loved the pool side BBQ nights. Highly recommend and we will definitely return!!

This property is luxurious. It’s close enough to town with a simple tuk tuk, but far enough away that it’s quiet and relaxing. The pool lounge and inside bar are fabulous.

新しくはありませんが、趣があり、サービスもフレンドリーだけど落ち着いていて、とても居心地が良かったです。コロナ後で周りのお店は閉まっているのですが、専属のトゥクトゥクや車の手配があり、中心部まですぐ出られます。紹介してくれたレストランはとても良かったです。おいしい朝食やマッサージの無料特典サービスなど、お得感も高いです。

Great service, good hotel
We enjoyed our stay at Lotus Blanc. I wouldn't call it luxury or 5-star, but pretty good overall. The service was great. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The pool was nice, but somewhat warm (it was a hot week) and needed to remove some floating leaves etc. The WiFi was generally good, but sometimes it didn't work in the room. The electricity is off if you don't have your room key in a slot. This isn't uncommon, but the temperature of the room was very hot and took a few hours to cool down. Easy to get a tuk-tuk into town. The airport pick-up (and drop-off) was terrific.

Friendly Staff
For me it was great. Friendly, accommodating staff. The Privilege room was great. The view was great and the room was comfortable. Room service was good. The room shows its age in some details, but in the way that makes me feel it had some character rather than feeling put off by it. The only complaint at all would be a bit of mold in the shower. Given the humid conditions and the price for the room I don’t consider it unreasonable for them to be fighting a constant battle with it.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The team was great, and always ready to help. Not far from the airport, night market or the temples. The room was a little outdated, but clean and very spacious and actually really beautiful. The staff are also happy to help you with tourist bookings if you’re not already set up! A great choice.

Lots of good things but climbing out of covid
The Lotus Blanc Prestige Floor resort is a bit difficult to evaluate. On one hand the resort has an eye-catching entrance and appearance, the staff go to extremes to ensure your satisfaction, there’s a wonderful rock waterfalls in the pool area, and the location is in a good area. Our room on the Prestige Floor was voluminous with twin functioning a/c controls, twin sinks in the bathroom, a modern enclosed shower with great water temperature control and pressure, a large bathtub, plenty of electrical sockets and a comfortable bed. In addition, the rooms were clean and room service responded rapidly. We used laundry services twice and the clothes came back folded and clean. We had spa treatments that we received on short notice and they were amongst the best we’ve ever had. So what’s not to love? The resort did not match its hotel.com profile. There was one restaurant – not 3. There is nothing differentiating the prestige floor from other floors as far as we could tell. In fact, the Prestige Floor is not even on the signage. Decorations on the surrounding pool trees were green plastic quart soda bottles cut in half. In addition tiles were popping off the pool walls and bottom. The floors are polished but they are brown. The furniture is nice but a dark brown. Combined with the observation the lights are subdued makes the hotel feel “dark”- a bit gloomy. The breakfast buffet was extensive but the food was generally bland. We ate in the restaurant one evening & were alone.

The property is generally well maintained but lack in details of Furniture maintenance. Our room was very nice but it had a broken edge table which make it look shabby. Apart from one therest of the amenities were good.

This is a beautiful property with amazing staff. We were welcomed graciously and taken care of during our entire stay. The included breaks fast was amazing. We would definitely recommend and stay again.
