« Our stay at this property was fantastic, we absolutely loved it. The only thing we could say is that it would be great if the track behind the house to the beach was widened to a path width as at this stage it is the width of your foot. Would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to the two cafes in Toogoom and short drive to the Convenience Store which does takeaway food at night. Absolutely loved this place and we could take our dog as well. 5 star rating. »

« The best part of the property was the verandah which had the best view of the opening of the Isis River at Burrum Heads where you could watch the tide come and go and walk out of the property to the expanse of sand that went on forever. Then you walked into the house there was an odor like old lady's clothes that need a wash. The 1970's décor was great, just a pity the cleaners had not given the place a good clean since about the 90's. The BBQ was thick with dirt, the actual grill on the BBQ was...

« We came to Hervey Bay for a sports event, and needed somewhere that was suited for a whole family. We were close enough to Hervey Bay and also could walk to the beach for the other kids which was perfect. The house is clean and large enough for a family of 7. Everything we needed was there.
