« This trip was a fishing trip for my 13 year old grandson and I. The house was perfect for us, great location, plenty of amenities/dishes/paper towels, very clean. Washer and dryer came in handy, fast wifi. Very pleased with this rental and would definitely stay there again. »

« Fantastic trip! Stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The property was wooded and so quiet. We didn't expect to wake up to snow and feel like temp of 7 degrees, but the cabin was warm, cozy, and dry. Will definitely recommend to others and will be back! Thanks for the memories Bear Cabin! »

« This wonderful home has everything we could have needed. The homeowners have provided a clean, well-stocked, welcoming place to stay for vacation. The pool towels and extra propane were not expected, but very much appreciated. Our group consisted of 3 adults and 2 Golden Retrievers and everyone enjoyed their stay to the fullest. Nick was communicative and extremely helpful. We would love to rent this perfect home again! »

« We live on the NC Coast and travel to the Boone area several times a year. We have stayed at many homes and this one was at the top of the list. Its central location to Boone, Bowing Rock and Banner Elk was ideal. The home was very comfortable with its mountain decor and updated kitchen. Can't wait to return! »

« Even though the weather wasn’t great, the cabin was clean and cozy. Screened in porch was so nice to just sit, read and enjoy the rain. We were hoping to get to use the fire pit outside but winds prevented that. Will keep this on our list of places to stay in the future. »
