철영님. 귀하는 체크인 당일 늦은 시간에 호텔에 전화하여 무료 취소 및 환불을 요청하였습니다. 객실은 이미 오전부터 귀하를 위해 준비되어 있었습니다. 당직 직원들이 귀하에게 당 호텔 이용규약에 의거하여 무료 취소가 불가함을 말씀드렸고, 그러자 귀하는 타인에게 투숙권을 양도하겠다고 고지하였습니다. 호텔측은 이를 양해하고 밤새 객실을 비워두었습니다. 하지만 귀하는 결국 No Show를 내고 나중에 소비자원에 민원까지 넣었습니다. 온당하지 않습니다.나중에 다른 호텔을 예약하시더라도 이런 행동은 자제해 주시기 바랍니다. 귀하의 건승을 기원합니다.

고객님, 반갑습니다!호텔을 선택할 때 가장 중요한 요인 중 하나가 고객분들이 가능한한 많이 걷지 않도록 역과 가까운 위치에 자리잡고 있어야 하는 것이라고 생각합니다. 비와 눈이 내릴 때, 날씨가 춥거나 더울 때, 호텔을 가기 위해 짐을 들고 많이 걸어야 한다면 좋은 호텔이라고 할 수 없을 것입니다.저희 호텔은 서울 간선도로인 도봉대로에서 간판이 바로 보일 정도로 입지적인 조건이 아주 좋답니다...전철을 이용하시면 저희 호텔에 더욱 쉽게 오실 수 있는데요, 전철 4호선 수유역에서 내려 2번출구로 올라오시면출구 앞 11시 방향에 10층짜리 저희 호텔 빌딩과 메인 간판이 바로 보인답니다. 2번 출구에서 호텔 프런트까지는 도보로 50초도 안걸리구요, 너무 가깝고 교통이 너무 편리하기 때문에 오히려 고객분들께서 그냥 모르고 한참을 지나쳐가시다 되돌아오시는 경우까지도 간혹 생긴답니다...ㅠㅠ그럴 때는 저희 호텔로 바로 전화를 주시면 저희 데스크의 담당 직원들이 자세하고 친절하게 안내해 드리겠습니다 .그리고 전철역을 중심으로 대로 횡단보도 하나만 건너면 강북구의 명물거리이자 먹자골목인 "젊음의 거리"가 펼쳐져 있답니다. 분위기 좋은 비어펍이나 고기집에서 좋은 사람들이랑 술한잔하시는 것도 아주 좋은 선택이 될 것 같습니다 .저희 호텔은 호텔대로 고객님들께서 저희 호텔에 머무셨던 짧은 시간들이 고객님들의 삶에서 가장 아름답고 행복했던 순간들로 오래오래 기억될 수 있도록 늘 따듯한 미소와 기품있는 서비스로 고객님들을 맞이하고, 항상 쾌적한 컨디션의 아늑한 금연 객실을 고객님들께 제공해드릴 수 있도록 늘 준비하고 연구하는 자세로 근무에 임할 것임을 약속드립니다..대단히 고맙습니다..

안녕하세요. 객실에서 고객분들이 개인적인 용도로 전기를 사용할 일은 많지 않지만, 드라이어나 충전기 사용에 필요한 아웃렛들이 요소요소에 설치되어 있답니다. 프런트에 문의하셨다면 안내해 드렸을텐데, 안타까운 마음입니다... 유럽을 정말 수도 없이 많이 여행했었는데, 수백년의 역사를 지닌 호텔들을 보면 저는 그게 개인적으로 참 부러웠습니다. 그런 호텔들이 지내기도 편하고 오래오래 기억에도 남는 것 같습니다. 한국에도 그런 유서깊은 호텔들이 많이 생겼으면 하는 것이 저의 개인적인 생각입니다. 감사합니다.Best regards,
