« We loved our stay in this beautiful hotel, the staff were super attentive and made us feel so welcome, wish we could've stayed longer! Only slight gripes would be the room, although beautifully furnished, it was on the small side and the check in process was lengthy due to everybody checking in at the same time but as I said these are minor things and wouldn't put us off another stay. »

« We had a lovely room on the first floor with a private terrace. Room was very comfortable and quiet. I appreciated the little bottles of milk for tea rather than the uht cups! A very nice touch! We had a one night stay and didnt have time to use the restaurant other than a quick glass of wine, and I was impressed with the choice. All the staff we came in contact with greeted us with a smile and were warm and friendly. We would love to return should we be in Manchester again. »

"No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. "
