We stayed 4 nights and I guess you are totally on your own to find clean towels, toilet paper etc. Hotel was permeated with paint and adhesive smells. Open Rooms under these circumstances should not cost $158 per night. »

« The property itself was clean and perfectly acceptable. The walls were thin, and the neighbors, loud. The TV volume could not be adjusted, and so was too quiet to hear. Oddly, though, I could hear the neighbor's TV just fine! An ok spot for an overnight, located near a beautiful park and close to restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. »

« Second time staying here, and I love it. But, I was in a different room, and one window did not have light blocking curtains. Please add them! »

« Room was clean, no bad smells. Nice big fridge and microwave. Plenty of towels and linens. I did not have breakfast but the breakfast area looked great! Front desk clerk was cheerful and helpful. Property around the area needs help, I’m sure it’s no fault of hotel ownership cause the place right next to it is run down and boarded up. Frontage road is absolutely atrocious, full of potholes. I’d stay again. »

« It sounded like they had been having issues with the hot tub for a while which was frustrating when it was one of the things we look for when booking and I feel there could be some way to report this for Expedia bookings. The water in the shower was warm at best, it never got hot enough for an enjoyable shower and the key cards were temperamental. We also had to “check out” our pool towels and return them. We were told it was because people steal them all the time. I’m not sure how that is my...
