« Charming hosts, warm welcome with Sue who baked us a cake. Cottage ideally situated for touring the area. Good pubs and restaurants nearby. »

« A perfect place to stay in Cheddar! The view is beautiful, and farm eggs kindly offered by Paul and Juddy, delicious! The cottage is equiped with everything you need- including a stove and a microwave. The road to the farm looks a little steep at first, but I had no problem going up the hill with my regular, "economy" rental car. Paul and Judy gave me great tips to enjoy my quick halt in Bath. And, the Mendip hills area- where the cottage is located- offers very pretty hikes. Great hosts, and...

« Accueil charmant de la propriétaire et très jolie maison sur deux étages parfaite pour un couple d'amoureux et très bien décorée et équipée. Endroit tranquille dans une jolie campagne anglaise avec de nombreux itinéraires d'excursion immédiatement accessibles. Petit jardin. Les cloches de l'église à proximité ajoutent au charme sans être gênantes. Absolument recommandable. »

« The cottage is on a good location for seeing Winchester, Stockbridge amd the Army Flying Museum. It could benefit from some redecoration in places but overall it is well equipped and comfortable. It is dog friendly with an enclosed safe garden. The pub in the village is lovely, friendly, pool table and an evening menu. »

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"
