« Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food...

« Beau au premier abord, mais dans le détail ce n'est pas terrible. Le ménage complètement laisse à désirer, le mur et le plafond au dessus du lit est couvert de poussière avec des toiles qui pendent. Il n'y a pas de boîte de mouchoirs, pas de frigo, une toute petite étagère dans la salle de bain, rien pour poser les valises. Le lit est inconfortable, il faut trouver une place entre les ressorts ! Le petit déjeuner est nul. Thé ou café ! Et il faut tout commander. Certains articles sont...

« A nice stay. A lovely pub right in the middle of Frome. We stayed here to go to an event at the Cheese and Grain which was perfect. Just be aware that as the rooms are part of an active pub you may get some noise on busier nights »

« The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. »
