« Room wasn't ready when we got there at 4:00 pm. We did not have towels, asked hotel staff and they just laughed it up, did not do anything about it and just kind of had the "oh well attitude". Trying to contact owner for a refund and won't answer phone. Horrible breakfast unless you like buying your breakfast at the Dollar Store. »

« I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were. The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice. Usually there was no one at the front desk. I will never use this hotel again. »

« Location is superb! You can just walk to the scenic lake shore. Room is big and clean. Front desk lady is super nice and warm hearted. She gave us very useful local information and we had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant she recommended. We will certainly re-visit Walker and will stay in this wonderful hotel again. »

« It was a very clean place. Great continental breakfast. Staff was great. The only problems we had was construction going on right outside our window pounding all day. And the beach had so much algie we didn't use it. »
