« Hôtel confortable, personnel accueillant »

« Staff was very good in every respect. But... The breakfast food is pretty bad. My room walls were badly cracked (from building setlling?) but not repaired. Toilet had a leak and ran every ten minutes or so, all night. Stains on the rooms sofa. »

« A lot to like but due to the construction of the hotel itself it’s impossible for the HVAC to keep it cool. Location is good, restaurant is good for breakfast and dinner. Huge areas for common spaces but little seating for people to actually congregate. »

« Property was very clean and staff was very nice. They did serve a good breakfast except for the sausage was low quality. The only negatives were the elevator could definitely be replace with a more modern and smooth operating one. Also, they did not service our room on our second day. This is very important to me. I want my beds made and the bathroom serviced every day. The most frustrating part was having to listen to the traffic all night. When we reserved the room I did not realize...

« Great hotel! Having a washer and dryer was super helpful as we were staying there as a basketball team and I was in charge of washing and drying uniforms. Having more than one washer and dryer for the entire hotel would have been beneficial as there were also baseball teams there who also were needing to wash uniforms. »
