« The guy working the desk at check-in was nice. However, there was a bug on the curtain in our room when we arrived. We were so tired that we just got rid of it and told the girl who was working the check-out desk in the morning. The elevator was working when we checked in, but was broken the next morning. Breakfast was just ok. We would probably not stay here again. »

« I was very impressed with the Crown Plaza airport hotel Indianapolis . The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers were VERY kind and helpful. The room was spotless and the products fro used in the bathroom - Apotheke were FIRST CLASS. I intend to purchase the handwash and other product as soon as I get home! Thank you a very comfortable , classy and reasonably priced room! I highly recommend ! »

« Room was ok, not great crumbs on bed when first arrived. Had to plug the mini fridge in myself!. Hallways were kind of sketchy, smelt like pot. Elevator was like a bad carnival ride, went down too fast, then took forever to reach second floor. »
