This spacious 1,100 square-foot, one-bedroom ground floor condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and style.


Our company manages 100+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:

- Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information.
- One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay.

Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex with tennis, pickleball, basketball and soccer. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.

Condo was large and clean, though in need of an update. Easy access to pools. Three grocery stores just outside the entrance and numerous restaurants all within minutes of the property. Would definitely stay in this resort again. The only negative was the taxi that the management company booked to take us to the airport was an hour late making it tight to make our flight. Definitely caused a panic at 6am, ordered another taxi and had to pay him too.

Personally i am easy to please. We both loved that the conso was first floor we had straight access to the garden and pool. Yes, it is somebody's home and it comes with used furniture and kitchem but that makes it for me to be even more at home. Easy to access the town and everywhere. I would return again anytime

Excellent one bedroom in Pacifico. Ground floor walk out to quiet pool area - prime location. 5 minutes to 2 new Tennis and 2 pickleball courts - bonus! 5 minutes to Automercado grocery store with everything you need. Coco town is steps away. Beach is $ 2 CDN taxi or 15 minute walk in blazing 35' C sunshine! Clean with typical Tico furniture - don't expect a luxurious bed or coach, but certainly good enough for vacation. Kitchen and bathroom were all fully equipped with all we needed to eat most daytime meals in. I would return and would recommend.

Our first time in Costa Rica and this was the best location - not only the property but the unit. Close to the exit for meeting taxis, walking distance to grocery as well as two bistros for breakfast and lunch. The grounds are immaculate. The unit was spacious along with a well equipped kitchen. David was extremely quick to reply to emails. Loved it!!

Although we enjoyed our stay in Coco, we were disappointed by some of the things with this unit. We found a large cockroach crawling through the condo one of the nights. The curtains were broken and did not close fully. The shower head was broken and sprayed water in every direction including the ceiling. The WiFi was slow. We were given one roll of toilet paper for a three night stay, and when it ran out were asked to go buy more at the grocery store. The pool areas were nice and the unit's large balcony has a private walkway to one of the pool areas. The property had good security, and the unit was fairly spacious for a 1 bedroom. However we would not book this unit again.

Dave was a great host and the condo was just the right size for the two of us. It was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right at home. The pool was right outside the back patio, making it easy to take a quick dip every morning. Coco Beach is a wonderful beach town and we will be back again soon.
