Located in the brand-new Seacroft Cottages enclave—an exclusive 14-home community—this stunning retreat offers luxury, comfort, and convenience. Just a short stroll to the lively Shunk Gulley restaurant and the expansive public beach access at Ed Walline Park.

Step into your private outdoor paradise, featuring a sparkling pool, a relaxing hot tub, and an elegant spillover water feature. Enjoy alfresco meals prepared on the built-in grill, all steps from a cozy indoor lounge equipped with a Marvel wine cooler for effortless entertaining.

First Floor:
Outdoor Entertainment: Private pool, poolside patio with loungers, outdoor kitchen, and a convenient full bathroom accessible from the pool deck.
Sleeping Quarters: A Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a charming “bunk room” featuring twin beds.
Convenience: A laundry room for added ease during your stay.
Second Floor:
Chef's Kitchen: Fully stocked with state-of-the-art appliances, an oversized island, and a walk-in pantry.
Living Space: An open-concept living and dining area perfect for gatherings.
Balconies: Two exquisitely furnished balconies—one overlooking the pool and another at the front of the home.
Sleeping Options: A Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a bunk alcove with twin beds.
Third Floor:
Lounge Area: A cozy space with balcony access for quiet moments or socializing.
A King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, dual vanities, and balcony access.
Two king bedrooms, each featuring an ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers.
Laundry Room: A second laundry area is available for added convenience.
Seacroft Cottages is ideally positioned just steps from Gulf Place and only five minutes from the scenic Santa Rosa Golf Club—making it effortless to turn everyday moments into unforgettable memories.

Beach Distance: 1 mile.
Beach Chairs: Includes 6 Huffy beach cruisers, 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a large ice chest.
Pool and Spa: Optional Heated Pool/Hot Tub available for an additional $75/night
Golf Carts: Complimentary use of a 6-seater golf cart
Bikes: Complimentary use of 6 bikes
Washer and Dryer: Yes
Coffee Maker: Keurig
Pets: Not allowed.

Great Beach Vacation Stay

The property was absolutely stunning and was the perfect place for our family vacation to the beach. The highlights of this property are the proximity to the beach (a 2-minute drive & a 10-minute walk), its location near shops, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores, and the home's overall design. The home features a beautiful pool, slightly smaller than the pictures depict but still a great size for a small family. The house also is beautifully decorated with high-quality furnishings. The bedrooms are spacious, and each room has a smart TV with streaming and AirPlay capabilities. The bathrooms each feature a shower, which is essential for larger families. The kitchen was extremely spacious and functional, which was fantastic for prepping and cooking meals. Overall, this vacation home is a 15/10 experience, and I highly recommend it to guests looking for a spacious, beautifully decorated, and relaxing home for their next beach vacation. The hosts were also fantastic, attentive, and responsive to our needs throughout our stay.
