Ryokans à Santa Ana

« This hotel try to use the security deposits and try to find any nonsense thing to charge your card , parking for free and they charged me for parking … watch out »

« Nice little stopover after a good flight. Intend to book again next time I fly to SNA! »

« Parking fees extremely expensive (20$/day). Just across the street cheaper parking lots (15$/day). At Murphy avenue there is plenty of residential streets for free parking. Parking fees have not been stated in « additional fees » where it should normally be shown for the clients clear understanding. The room/hotel did not have WiFi. Hilton made it as an option whereas in the ad, it was clearly stated « free wifi ». The room did not even have a mini fridge. I was disappointed of the hotel...

« In general the room was cleaning tidy. I did not experience any bad surprise. »

« for the price this was a good experience. The room was big with a sizable bathroom. Easy access from the highway. There is a nice place for getting a breakfast on site, though not part of the hotel. The interior is a bit worn down and could do with an upgrade. The lock to the main entrance did not work so anyone could easily get into the building. The internet was down during my stay but they worked on getting it fixed. It is located withing walking distance to a big mall, cinema, and several...

« Grace’s apartment was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers! It features two big King beds, and when one son's cough kept the other awake, Grace sent a comfortable cot with full bedding the very next day so we could separate them. She was extremely responsive and accommodating. The apartment is very well ventilated, but the AC blew nice and cold when we used it, and the big TV kept everyone entertained during the World Cup. We loved sitting on the cute kitchen balcony for morning...

« The room, bathroom and kitchen were all clean comfortable. The location is close to corner stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this location to others. »

« Hôtel très bien et propre . Parking gratuit très pratique . »
