We were so excited to visit our grand son in California. When we got to the rental the door was left wide open and there was food left on a small table. I contacted Ava and she told me
that there would be some one there to change batteries because the door wouldn’t lock. We did locate a key in a combo box. But I was waiting and missed dinner wirh family. We had no heat for 2 nights. It was freezing my grand daughter went to dr at home when she got home and I have a terrible cold Ava sent is a video or information and asked questions. She said she would send someone. My husband spent two days of vacation trying to figure that the problem and was finally able to do so. She saved a repair bill and we got sick from terrible colds and possible walking pneumonia. I have been to dr and will go again. in fairness for missing family event and no heat for two days we asked for a night or some reduction in our amt paid. We also saved her a repair bill. She has not reached out nor have we heard from her. I would.not rent here again. I have never given a bad review. I tried to be fair with owner and she never responded.
