Un conseil : ne soyez pas tenter de réserver l’hôtel du fait de son prix abordable ou de sa localisation (proche de plusieurs lieux touristiques) L’hôtel est en plein Soma, quartier mal fréquenté, dangereux et sale. La parking est payant et au prix de 30$ par jour, évidement impossible de garer sa voiture dehors. Les chambres sont MINUSCULES et sale (nous avons eu un matelas dans un état…). Le petit déjeuné ? Bon bah c’est très classique. Les points positifs : le personnel est très gentil et a su me trouver une solution pour le matelas en me changeant de chambre et bien desservis en transport

Je ne recommande absolument pas !!!
Dès notre arrivée l’hôtel nous a semblé glauque (un sdf sortait du garage …), puis l’odeur de la chambre horrible !!! Les moquettes pleines de traces, bref rien n’inspirait confiance dans ce lieu… et dans la salle de bain : un cafard, puis un 2eme !!! Les matelas très gros mais l’état des couetttes horribles! Le petit déjeuner se prend dans le hall de là hôtel, il n’y a que qq places donc faut s’armer de patience ou manger debout! N’importe quoi!! Et le quartier : à fuir!!! En gros très très déçu de cet hôtel, même si le ménage, heureusement, semblait être fait correctement, mais ce n’enlève pas tout.

4 nuits dans une chambre familiale. 2 lits fpubles et 2 lits superposées. Parking fermé à 30$ / jour. Cela fait un surcoût, mais en vaut la peine. Literie très confortable. Petit dejeuner qui a le mérite d'exister, mais salle trop petite. Assez proche du centre pour visiter à pied.

La chambre 5 personnes est propre mais elle est incrustée d’une odeur de tabac froid insupportable même en laissant la fenêtre ouverte 24/24. Le quartier est proche du centre mais avec beaucoup de homeless dans les rues …pas très sécurisant le soir.

Une literie digne d’un grand hôtel. A proximité du centre pour une visite facile à pied. Chambre familiale avec un grand lit et lit superposé. Petit déjeuner simple mais on mange à sa faim. Petit bémol, la salle de déjeuner est minuscule seulement 2 tables de 4, cela peut vite être compliqué aux heures de pointes. Et un double vitrage serait le bienvenue car circulation dans la rue. On reste sur un bon rapport qualité prix pour San Francisco.

Excellent Hôtel
Très bon séjour dans l'Hotel Signature. Chambre très propre, confortable à 10 min à pied du centre de San Francisco. Personnel accueillant et très sympa. Autre point positif, le prix par rapport aux autres hôtels et surtout le petit déj compris. Parking coût 30 dollars par jour mais correct vis à vis des prix de stationnement en ville, surtout sécurisé et fermé. Seul critique petit déjeuner pas aussi varié que dans les autres hôtels de notre road trip mais très correct quand même.

Le séjour s’est bien passé, hôtel sympa, coloré et bien situé. Notre chambre côté rue, était très bruyante ( circulation et piéton), l’insonorisation des fenêtres est insuffisante. Le confort des lits est très bon, salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne très pratique, petit bémol au niveau du nombre de grandes serviettes 3 pour 4. Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant.

I recently stayed at the Signature SF and had a very pleasant stay. It's not a fancy hotel, but for the price point, I got my money's worth. My room was clean, quiet with decent room amenities. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive when I needed something. I was coming in from out of town so wasn't too familiar with the location. But the hotel was within walking distance of a lot of the places I wanted to check out, or easily get a Lyft or Uber. I was able to park my car right across the street from the hotel with no problem. I would definitely stay at the Signature Hotel SF again.

The room is so small that two of us can barely open our suitcases. Toilet was not properly cleaned when we got our room. The hotel has quite some distance from actual city centre or metro station, and the area is sketchy in the evening. Lift (elevator) was not available during out stay, and in the foreseeable future. We had been assigned with a room on 3rd floor (US counting, ground floor 2 level) so we have to move our suitcases with stairs. We saw mechanics installing the lift, which is far from done. And the hotel did Not mention anything on No Lift in the booking page or confirmation! The young man who work at night is nice though; which is the only good about this hotel.

The place was nice but when we got there it was a little dirty. There was a can of soda under the bed, we found the bathroom had not been flushed/cleaned. Other than that, the place was nice, it wasn't spotless clean but it was not terribly filthy

Property was pretty dirty sheets had some stains and you could hear every little thing from other rooms and outside the rooms Location is great though, staff very friendly
