Hotel bien place
Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons été ravis. Il est assez proche de San Francisco en voiture, parking gratuit et un petit déjeuner complet.

Très bon hòtel à un emplacement stratégique
Trois nuits sur place nous ont permis de rayonner au nord vers San Francisco, puis au sud vers Monterey et Carmel. On a bien apprécié de pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner dehors, dans une des agréables petites cours intérieures. (Mais pourquoi les américains restent-ils tous dans la salle climatisée, alors qu'il fait si bon dehors?!?) On a pu dîner une fois dans la chambre, grâce à la cuisine bien équipée. Enfin comme nous repartions aux aurores, le fait que l'hôtel soit à 10 minutes de l'aéroport était un gros avantage.

I was here to visit my Daughters and grandchildren and the property was centrally located with access to all directions. Check in was easy and no issues throughout the stay.

It was a really lovely place except some homeless folks were staying in one of the rooms and did drugs in the parking lot with another street addict. They also ate at the buffet breakfast. The one who ate at the breakfast buffet were cleaner the the guy out in the parking lot, but It was very disconcerting. Kind of lost my appetite

Decent but not great.
Someone left a pair of socks in our closet, but apart from that the room was clean. Breakfast was advertised to begin at 6:30 but was not served until 7 so we had to miss it. Decent hotel experience other than those issues.

Nice place to stay, if you book via expidia and you have a suffix at the end of your name like me, “II”, it may show that as you last name so they would see you have a room booked. Small thing, that’s it.

Really mad with the service, said it was a 21 place when I’ve been there multiple times while being 18, really disappointed, can’t even get a refund or anything

Unfortunately, the minimum age requirement for check-in at this location is 21 years old and that policy is clearly stated. We have no record of you ever previously staying at this hotel going back over 3 years. We also informed you that we would gladly provide you a full refund since you were not able to check-in.

Great place to stay. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped particularly if you want to cook, snack, or just have a coffee or beverage.
