Nous avons été envoyé dans un bâtiment annexe qui ressemblait à un vieux bâtiment d’appartements aux tapis sales. Les lecteurs de cartes aux portes fonctionnaient très mal, nous avons dû retourner à l’accueil. Aucun personnel pour le service dans le bâtiment annexe.

Ce que j'ai apprécié : le service de navette aéroport tard dans la nuit, espace de la chambre correct, emplacement du Denny's à 1 minute à pied. Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié: mauvaise connexion wifi, personnel en général non agréable. Arrivée dans la chambre, je constate que le flacon de crème hydratante est déjà entamé, je vais voir la dame qui m'a accueillie "Ermelina "(déjà pas agréable au départ) aucun mot d'excuse, comme si je la dérangeais, et finalement 5 minutes après avoir fouillé dans une salle, elle me remet 2 autres flacons dont l'un également déjà entamé !!!! Mais je m'en suis rendue compte que tardivement. Petit-déjeuner buffet sans plus, mais surtout l'espace/présentoir des aliments était sale et non entrenu par le personnel présent. Mesures d'hygiène rédhibitoires. (Un employé a rangé des poubelles sans gant et est allé directement s'occuper du réapprovisionnement du buffet sans se laver les mains, entre autre...) En résumé c'était le 6ieme et dernier hôtel d'un séjour road trip de 15 jours et c'était de loin le plus décevant de tous, en terme de propreté, personnel, petit-déjeuner, wifi. On y est resté qu'une nuit juste avant un vol. c'est bien suffisant pour un dépannage.

Une nuit passée dans une chambre 2 double beds. Navette pour l'aéroport tous les 45 minutes, bie quepqs assez tard le soir, mais service tout de meme appréciable. Check in un peu lent mais front desk friendly. Petit dejeuner tres basic. Hotel pas hyper sophistiqué mais tres propre, et personnel aimable et tres courtois. Chambre a taille correcte, mais tres propre et lit tres confortable. Très bon rapport qualité prix et pas loin de l’aeroport, donc pour 1 ou 2 nuit, hotel tres pratique pour reprendre l'avion. I recommand.

Un certain nombre de chambres sont situées dans un bâtiment annexe. Celui-ci est accessible en traversant une ancienne voie ferrés à proximité d' entrepôts. Dans ces chambres, il n'y a ni wifi ni Netflix. Nous avons demandé une chambre dans le bâtiment principal, cela n'a pas été possible. Les chambres sont grandes, propres, et récentes. Petit déjeuner continental satisfaisant.

One of the receptionists had a very rude response to foreign customers that were in front of me in line. She may attempt to try and explain which led to more confusion and frustration between her and the customer. She was not representing the company and a favorable white and definitely needs to get more coaching because this is a hotel next to an international airport. Her manager and fellow coworker had excellent customer service, This young lady just needs more coaching and guidance and evaluation.

American Airlines having cancelled a portion of my Paris-San Francisco flight, I was forced to cancel my reservation at La Quinta near the San Francisco Airport. However, La Quinta refused to reimburse me for having debited my credit card prior to my arrival. La Quinta claimed it was the responsibility of Expedia to do so. A frequent flyer am I, consequently and can’t face the reality of not having my prepaid reservation not refunded.

AVOID. I called the property in the morning before our flight to ask about the airport shuttle. Front desk replied to just call from airport. I called from airport, only to receive "please hold". This happened multiple times from the baggage claim to the hotel shuttle area. So we are waiting outside with international phones, on hold. No data plan to call Uber. The shuttle finally arrived after 45 minutes. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk was apparently alone. It was clear from her dialogue with others before us that she was in over her head. She had 5 parties in the lobby including ours and a phone that was active. The property is split so you might need to cross some inactive train tracks to get to your building after checking in. There were vagrants loitering in this space. The back building does not have locking doors, so your room door is the sole barrier between you and the world. Our bathroom in the non-smoking room had very recently been smoked in. The shuttle was dead reliable upon departure in the morning, and breakfast was average with happy, active staff and a nice selection. The breakfast staff were working hard and kept a tidy (big) space, bringing my staff rating of inexcusable for the front desk, up to average. This hotel is a definite "pass" due to the lack of communication from the person on-duty and the poor security.

I think it is ridiculous to charge $10 for parking! I did not have this charge 2 weeks ago when I stayed there, and in fact, have never paid for parking at a hotel!
