Séjour très apprécié à Zéphyr hôtel Fisherman's SF
Notre séjour à l'hôtel Zéphyr s'est très bien déroulé. Ambiance agréable grâce au jardin au coin du feu particulièrement apprécié et espace détente bien conçu. Confort de la literie excellent et très calme au 4ème étage. Ajoutons à cela l'excellente situation de cet hôtel à Fisherman's wharf qui offre toutes les possibilités de visite et d'excursion à 2 pas. Excellente conciergerie à noter dotée d'une belle organisation et de conseils précieux. Nous reviendrons ici volontiers lors d'un prochain voyage. À noter : Nos conditions d'hébergement avec Hotels.com très avantageuses!!!

L’hôtel est très vieillissant, très familiale par l’atout des espaces de jeux en bas. Les chambres sont très vieillissantes, climatisation juste à côté du lit, ( chambre double) insonorisation minimale , personnel de sécurité les soir très désagréable. Bel emplacement proche du pier 39, pratique pour la visite Alcatraz, les restaurants et transport en commun.

Le Zephyr est un hotel très bien placé à San Francisco. Il propose pas mal d'activité avec brasero, ping pong, billard, échec. Par contre celui-ci est quand même un peu vieillot.

C'est a deux pas de pier39, côté chambre, RAS. Ce qui interessant dans l'hotel, ce sont les parties communes, l'espace exterieur est tres sympa...Parking assez chere, mais difficile de faire autrement vu la localisation.

Bon séjour. Aide sympa de Prince, un employé francophone. La salle de jeu intérieur et l’extérieur sont un vrai plus sympa. Hormis le Wifi qui marchait souvent mal et le ménage pas toujours fait, c’est un très bon hôtel, bien placé. On avait pas de voiture, heureusement car prix exhorbitant…

Bel hôtel très bien placé à San Francisco
Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Zéphyr en fin d’année 2021. Pour un voyage en famille, le gros plus de l’hôtel c’est la salle de jeux, qui permet également aux parents de rencontrer d’autres voyageurs et de prendre un repas le soir ( possibilité de manger si vous prenez un take away ailleurs, ce qui financièrement est plutôt pratique). Nous allions prendre notre petit déjeuner chez Boudin. Les chambres sont bien, évitez celles à côté de l’ascenseur qui sont un peu bruyantes. Le personnel est a l’écoute et sympathique. La conciergerie est un plus pour des conseils sur les activités à faire à San Francisco. Pensez à demander les cartes de réduction dans les restaurants partenaires. Hôtel très bien placé a 2 pas du pier 39 et des transports en commun. Certaines chambres ont vu sur Alcatraz. Les feux de camp allumés le soir sont chouettes pour se réchauffer et faire griller les chamallow. Laverie, aire de jeux et l’œuvra de voiture pas très loin

The location is okay especially if you have children as there is a lot for them to do on the property. However on arrival I was not given the smores kit until I had an issue with the room I was given and it was given as a sorry and over my stay I heard them give out water bottles but not that they was refill stations but how much they charge for more. I was given a dirty room that had such a bad chemical smell it burned our eyes, then was given a room that also was not properly cleaned. I was given an upgraded room but it wasn't much better than the one I had booked. Overall if you are looking for a tourist spot this would fit you, the unlimited coffee and tea was a plus but be sure you get the amenities as I overheard different replies to travelers over the course of the 4 days I stayed. Very close to the wharf and a good location to branch out to the rest of the city. Definitely a tourist hotel though, and definitely could use some consistency in telling guests what is offered ie the discounts around the property on the Zepher walk if you are a hotel guest

It’s nice and clean. Rooms are small but how much are you actually there. Not really any other amenities but don’t really need much given all there is to do around but a small continental breakfast would be nice. Leaning staff was exceptional and trustworthy. My wife dropped a diamond ear ring. The cleaning lady found it and returned it to us.

We enjoyed the decor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location made it so easy to experience Pier 39 and use the Big Bus Tours. The concierge was very helpful.

The hotel reservation does not include parking. Parking is $65.00 per night which is pretty expensive. Other than that, the hotel is in a great location and very nice. Coffee was good
