Hôtel très pratique pour 1 nuit avant de prendre l’avion le lendemain car au sein même de l’aéroport. Accessible facilement par le Airtrain. Personnel peu accueillant durant le check-in. Chambre confortable. Check-out facile.

I made a mistake booking hotel in incorrect out and the front desk staff assisted me getting refund from Expedia so I wouldn’t have to pay twice for one stay. It was all my mistake but Hyatt staff made it all work out as I had made reservations at Hyatt in DFW instead of SFO. Very grateful for those help and to make it better, after a 15 hour flight I was able to get an early check in

We will use the Grand Hyatt at SFO from now on for their Park N Fly option. Connected to the terminals by a train makes it so easy to stay the night before travel, leave the car and take the train to our airline. What a great way to begin a trip!

This was the most surprising part of my anniversary trip with my husband. We decided to stay over since our flight was so early in the morning. The hotel was 5 stars in terms of service, food, cleanliness, and comfort. I can't wait to stay over again for our next trip!

I arrived SFO late and I was very tired. I was glad I booked Grand Hyatt so I could just took the air train to get to the hotel and rest. The hotel room is clean and quiet.
