Challenge each other to a game of chess while the little ones get into the toys and children's games or romp around in the enclosed yard. At night, gather around the huge flatscreen for family movies. The full kitchen features expansive counter space and updated appliances to make home-cooking a breeze. Eat together at the kitchen nook and counter seating for three, or head out to the covered patio table with a screened canopy some al fresco dining. A provided gas grill makes this a great space for a cookout. A furnished, garden patio can be accessed through the second bedroom. On chilly nights, cozy up around the firepit located at the arbor-covered back patio. This quiet retreat is just one-and-a-half blocks from sandy Pacific Beach, close to lots of terrific restaurants and shopping. The three mile long boardwalk is just two blocks away â perfect for skating, walking, or jogging.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
