« I visited my daughter who lives in a tiny place so the place was conveniently located and big enough to be together. I was able to prepare and host dinner for 4 then, one night my girlfriend, from another part of the state, stayed with me and then my daughter stayed with me the following night. « We were in town visiting my daughter. This location served our puposes and was in a convenient area. The hosts were very accommodating when i had to change my booking from including a pet to not having one as I ended up javing a sitter for him. All in all, i recommend this location for your future travel plans. »

« This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. So close to everything in 12 South. The guesthouse was clean and spacious. The bed was the only negative. It squeaked and creaked. I would recommend replacing the bed frame etc with something smaller. But it was comfortable anyway. Would recommend. 12 South is excellent location for trip to Nashville »

« I have to say that my expectations were probably too high, but I was disappointed. When we drove up, I had to call the host because all I saw was a house on the left side of the gravel driveway and a garage shed on the right. Yep, our guest suite was actually in a shed. Now I know why there were no pictures of the outside. The grounds around the shed were unkempt, so walking the dog was a challenge. « This was just what we needed, a place to sleep. It was everything you’d have at a hotel. We were on the water throughout the day and ate at local marina. Will stay here again when we can. Great people to work with and communication was great. »
