Welcome to our lovely two bedroom loft apartment located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City! This charming space is perfect for couples or small groups who want to experience all that the city has to offer.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living area that's perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
The apartment features two bedrooms, each with their own comfortable bed - a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. There are also two full bathrooms to ensure that everyone has plenty of space and privacy.
One of the highlights of the apartment is the hot tub, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. And for those who want to stay active, there's also a gym on site.
Checking in is a breeze thanks to our self check-in system, and easy parking is available just outside the door. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to help you start your day off right.

Our stay in Salt Lake City was outstanding. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was slightly older than we had anticipated, but its exceptional location far outweighed any perceived shortcomings. The host was very responsive to all our inquiries. The apartment is conveniently located on the TRAX (light rail) line. We highly recommend this excellent accommodation.

The host was incredibly communicative and helpful. The space was well kept, cozy, and clean. During our stay the environment was quiet and very friendly! The property is close to several great coffee shops, restaurants, and a great tattoo place (Yellow Rose)! Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Great 2 bed/2 bath townhome right next to trolley square. We were here to visit our kids and attend an Utah football game. Only a few minutes from campus and 1/2 block to the train. Trolley Square is a few blocks with tons of restaurant options. Very close to anything you need downtown. The unit has two bedrooms (one is a loft which is not enclosed) which was all we needed for this stay. Lots of great dining options within blocks or a cheap Uber or train ride. Check in and checkout was a total breeze. Door code so no worrying about extra keys. Highly recommend.

Overall the loft was very nice! I know our friends who were upstairs said it was really hot up there (we came in July) and that there wasn't any privacy because there was not a door or any divider once you walked up the stairs. The kitchen has pots, pans, plenty of dishes, silverware, and even some tupperware. They had seasonings which was nice. There isn’t a lot of sitting room, the bar fits two people. Overall the property was nice and it our needs. It's close to three grocery stores and has plenty of food options near by. The property manager was very responsive and extremely helpful which was greatly appreciated!

This unit was clean and had very comfortable beds. The property manager was very responsive to communication. The location is close to restraints and a nice shopping area (Trolley Square) that has fun stores and more eating options and bars.

We enjoyed this stay and location very much and would easily stay again. It is important to some to note that it is on the second floor and have two levels withing the apartment, so not good for mobility impaired people. Clean and simple with no quite enough comfortable seating in the living room for 4, and only two spots at the kitchen counter with no table option for games. But a GREAT pool and hot tub and very easy check-in. When he says the door code will change at 3pm to let you in, he means it, and not a minute sooner!

The property was OK. There were a few issues with cleanliness but that didn't ruin our stay. Heat was challenging to maintain. (Winter visit) It was quiet and the beds and bedding excellent.

Group of friends visiting Salt Lake City to enjoy a Football game. Place is in a perfect spot. Walking distance to the stadium (uphill) and to downtown. Easy in and out to remote areas to sightsee. The place is clean, easy and quiet. Fantastic trip

This apartment was clean, easy to get to, and within walking distance of restaurants. Perfect for us to regroup and get ready for our flight home the next day. Note that the second bedroom is an upstairs loft, with no door to close it off from the main living area.
