« Honestly,“you get what you pay for” is the best to describe this property. After it took 40+ minutes for me and my local driver to finally find the apartment,I was so disappointed in the condition of everything. It’s in a very dirty and loud neighborhood where mostly men occupied.the apartment is so old and the entrance is very dirty, Not to mention the family lives in the first floor who informed me I was in the wrong place, while letting two of their kids attack me with such curiosity...

« Initially I was a little concerned booking this property because it had no reviews on Expedia, but I was traveling with a group if 5 and needed at least 4 bedrooms. This option was in the Downtown Cairo area and was priced great, as well as had the bedrooms we required - it's also HUGE. When I reached out to Salah, the owner of the property, he was more than accommodating and very responsive. This property is in a superb location. It was walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, bank etc....

« Our stay felt as if we were visiting w/ family. We were made to feel welcomed, felt very comfortable and safe. Mohamed was able to save us significantly on our tours compared to the online tour company prices. The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your time in Luxor. "Un très bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur les pyramides. Super calme, petit dej top. Je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel sans hésiter. Petits points négatifs n’impactant pas la note : Dommage que par mail on nous demande de traduire nous même, à 2 reprises, et de renvoyer notre mail en anglais. Je pense que pour un hôtel de cette gamme un petit copier coller dans Google traduction n’est pas insurmontable. Autre chose: les prix pratiqués dans l’hôtel au comptoir pour les taxis sont presque honteux comparé aux prix juste derrière la barrière "
