"I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent welcome during my two-night stay at your magnificent 5-star hotel. Everything was perfect – spotless cleanliness, very friendly staff, and a great location close to the airport with a free shuttle service. I especially appreciated your responsiveness: despite my late arrival, you quickly and efficiently arranged for the shuttle to pick me up. When I arrived, my room was ready and waiting with a plate of fresh fruit and some delicious welcome treats – a lovely gesture that meant a lot to me. The common areas like the pool and garden are very well maintained. As for the food, while Egyptian cuisine isn’t usually my favorite, I found the meals to be varied and tasty. I absolutely recommend your hotel 1000%, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you again for everything!"

"Le meilleur hôtel que nous avons eu en Egypte. Pour une fois personne n'essaie de vous vendre une multitude de services dont vous n'avez pas besoin. Petit déjeuner en room service incroyable. Nous avons eu ine navette gratuite pour nous rendre au terminal 2 lors de notre départ."
