« Sean was such a lovely host and the school house was stunning, the garden was such a treat to wake up to. Bus stop was a 3 minute walk and easy peasy to get around. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone curious about Ascot! »

« A lovely stay for large family, gorgeous garden for kids to unwind and all to catch the sun, even in April. Great family kitchen where we chose to gather although good sitting room. Lovely walks from the house including a good pub for kids and food. »

The pool and hot tub were a delightful way to end the day, the double canopy and swing overlooking the Thames and regularly visiting swans was a perfect start to the day with a cup of coffee.
