« Extremely disappointed with this place, pictures of the room don’t really reflect how it actually is. Advertised as having air conditioning in the room and there was none, only 6/8 rooms have them. The main bedroom was nice and the bed was comfy, no mirror. My son was on the sofa bed in the lounge, the cover on the mattress when pulled the bed out was stained, the quilt and pillows had no covers on them! « Wonderful stay. The hotel is magnificent, from the reception to the gym, the swimming pool and finally the rooms, nothing to say, it's perfect. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and kindness throughout our first stay in London.
