Appartement bien placé et propre ! Le séjour a été gâché par du bruit entre les appartements car l’immeuble ancien rénové a des murs en feuilles de cigarette ! Du bruit entre les locataires donc mais aussi du bruit du personnel surtout le matin ! Appel en Visio dans le couloir, aspirateur dés 9h . Cela nous a réveillé tous les jours ! Pas agréable et pas respectueux !

Hôtel à taille humaine avec personnel très agréable en particulier Béatrice à l’accueil qui est très disponible et n’a pas hésité à effectuer des réservations pour nous .

Bien centré, le personnel adorable, les suites grandes et bien chauffée, au bord du Tibre, près du Vatican.. Tout se trouve à 10 min à pied....- Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner un peu triste.

hôtel très correct , plutôt type B&B, propre et bon emplacement pour visiter à pied les environs mais on s'attendait à avoir une chambre plus grande par rapport à ce qu'on avait vu en réalisant la réservation sur le site. Assez bruyant. Le petit déjeuner reste correct mais pourrait facilement être amélioré. Personnel accueillant et agréable. Cet Hotel est tout de même un peu cher pour les prestations qu'il propose au final...

Perfect location & design,Very helpful staff
I strongly recommend LUXURY ON THE RIVER. It is perfectly located (no need to take the subway or a taxi to visit the city), the hotel & the rooms are modern. I advise to choose the only one with a balcony, Junior Suite, without Jacuzzi. Beatrice has been extremely helpful and has given us the best advises to visit the city and to spend a wonderful week-end. I will certainly stay at this hotel when I visit Roma again.

hotel trop loin des moyens de locomotions
problème de navette à l arrivée alors qu'on avait réservé. Résultat on a du payer en plus un taxi. Attention aux excursions en bus rouge à déconseiller fortement. L'hotel excellent calme, propre, petit déjeuner excellent, dommage que le café était limité à 2 tasses par personne. Le ménage était fait tous les jour et on avait une grande liberté d"entrée et de sortie. Un bémol il est loin de tous les moyens de transport : métro 1 km, bus 800m.. Le personnel très gentil et dévoué mais problème de la langue.

Excellent accueil de la part de l'équipe en place. Nous avions réservé l'appartement suite on se sentait comme à la maison. Hôtel très bien situé, possiblité de faire pas mal de chose à pied (Vatican, Piazza di Spagna).

L hotel se situe dans un immeuble redidentiel. La chambre etait moderne et spacieuse. Le double vitrage couvrait bien le bruit de la rue. petit bemol : l eau chaude etait tiede et la chambre pres de la salle de petit dejeuner mal insonorisee. le metro est a 10 Mn a pied

C'est plutôt un Bed & Breakfast qu'un réel hôtel! B&B situé dans une immeuble donc invisible de l'extérieur! Hôtel et chambre plutôt design! A 5 minutes à pieds du Vatican et d'une bouche de métro! Matelas et oreillers à mémoire de forme mais pas de couettes! Finition de la chambre laissant à désirer (Plinthes, peintures, douche...) Personnel parlant uniquement italien et anglais! Pas de peignoirs, de chaussons de bain, de cafetière, de bouilloire, d'ouvre-bouteilles alors qu'annoncé dans le descriptif! Frigo branché à 17 degrés! Pas de mouchoirs! Mauvaise insonorisation (Bruit de couloirs)! Superbe petit déjeuner! Taxes de séjour hallucinantes (3.50 Euros/Jours au 21/01/15)

Bonne impression générale . Facile d'accès, chambre impeccable, petit déjeuner tout à fait correct avec un personnel très à l'écoute. Seul petit reproche, la personne de la réception ne parlait ni français (pas très grave) ni anglais (plus embêtant) et c'est la gouvernante qui nous a fort bien renseignés.

Bel hotel mais service médiocre, notamment le petit déjeuner et un niveau de propreté très insuffisant. la baignoire soit disant à remous ne présente aucun intérêt ( équipement pire que celui d'un low coast et pas entretenu du tout) . en revanche, très belle deco et bien placéj

Quaint hotel with a bed and breakfast feel. The Hotel manager Beatrice was amazing, so friendly and outgoing. I actually felt like I knew her all my life. She met us downstairs, helped with our luggage and made check in a breeze. There was a list of restaurants that we got. We tried 2 of them and they were both wonderful and within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel! The Bryant’s

A hidden gem of a hotel in Rome. Good and safe location, only about a 25 min walk from Vatican City. So many restaurants and shopping locations minutes away by foot. Room was superb, clean and quiet. Very friendly, nice and kind staff. The staff is knowledgeable of the area and will answer any questions you have. Enjoyed my stay at Luxury on the River. I will gladly stay here again. Definitely recommend this place to families, friends and solo travelers.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were really nice and helpful. The property was good not what i was expecting...my own fault really as i imagined a little accomadation that sat right next too the river but it is in an apartment building across a busy road to the river. Nice to walk next too. I had an apartment which had a seperate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen on second floor. The bed was comfy and we had access to netflix on the tv which was so lovely to watch and relax after a full day of running about around Rome. I do have to say that the jet tub which was the selling point for me was a little bit of a disappointment we put it on and took ages to run the bath deep enough to then sent lots of dead spiders out from the jets so im guessing it hadnt been used for a while. We abandoned use of it. Other than that it felt safe and we were located right in the centre of everything we wanted to see so it all was no more than a 30 minute walk away which didnt even feel like that because there us so much to stop and see on the way. Would stay again.

Terrible customer service
We booked a suite with a jacuzzi tub, full kitchen (purposely requested) and separate bedroom, so we had comforts to enjoy five nights in Rome. We were sadly disappointed at 8:00 am on our first morning, to be awoken by construction, directly above our bedroom. Workers were pounding out old flooring and drilling concrete, for hours. Not only was the noise unbearable, our rooms were vibrating. When we complained (reception were aware construction was ongoing)) we were told they weren’t obligated to tell us and that ‘worse things could happen’. We asked for the manager and were told he wasn’t there. When we returned several hours later, we were told he never replied to messages and the calls went to voicemail. We were told we could move to a small room, which was only a bed and a small bathroom. This room was exactly behind the reception and had a common area outside where any/all guests could meet and sit for coffee, etc. We could hear everything and would be disturbed all day/night when every guest came through and any phone calls, coffees, etc were made. This small room was much less expensive and NO refund or compensation was offered, for us to move. We said we would stay in our suite, so we could at least have quiet evenings. The reception called the ‘foreman’ and asked them to wait until after 10:00 to start drilling; this happened one day only. Every other day, we had hours of drilling. The guesthouse never offered us anything for destroying our holiday. Horrible

Dear Guests, thank you for staying with us. Luckily, for years we've had nice experiences with understanding and kind guests. We thought that the rest of the stay went smoothly - also because we called the Foreman to ask to start drilling from 10 am - for you left happy and serene. We shall assume you were merely acting. We are really sorry to read such words just at the end of the stay. Being in an old building of the city center means also co-living with other neighbours, that have all rights to renovate their own houses. If we had to notify each and every guest about the happenings of the building, we would need to contact the incoming guests everyday. We warmly suggest you book in a mountain chalet next time, in order to experience the "total" silence and a "quiet" holiday .Have a nice life
