hôtel très bien situé dans un quartier agréable
accueil chaleureux et sympathique de toute l'équipe de l’hôtel. idéalement situé car proche de tout et en même temps un peu à l'écart du centre trépidant de Rome. bons restaurant et super glacier sur la place toute proche. Petit frigo dans la chambre hyper pratique+ très bonne literie je recommande et j'espère y retourner !

Bien mais...
Le personnel est très accueillant, parle bien anglais ce qui facilite les choses. La chambre était suffisamment grande et l'hôtel idéalement placé, à deux pas du Vatican et à 2min de marche d'une station de métro. Toutefois nous avons été un peu déçu par le ménage qui était fait chaque matin de façon très superficielle. Le lit était à peine refait,pas de coup de balais, et les serviettes n'était pas changées.

Correct mais peut mieux faire
Chambre confortable (bon lit, belle salle de bain) idéalement située à deux pas du Vatican mais donnant sur une rue très bruyante (tard la nuit) malgrès l'isolation des fenêtres. Situé proche du métro, proche du centre ville à pied dans un quartier plein de petits restaurants de tous les styles. Attention très mauvaise connexion wifi et un petit déjeuner pas terrible...

Bon hotel
Bon hotel en général , propre et bien placé, le seul petit bémol est la qualité du petit déjeuner qui est très peu fourni (meme pas de jus d'orange , ni d'eau !!!)

Le personnel a fait tout son possible pour rendre notre séjour à Rome agréable en remédiant rapidement à un problème technique intervenu dans leur salle de bain. Je recommande chaleureusement cette structure pour leur accueil, leurs conseils et leur disponibilité.

WE découverte
WE prolongé pour la visite de Rome. Bnb idéalement situé à 2 pas du Vatican, des stations de taxi et avec tout ce qu' il faut pour se restaurer au pied de l'immeuble et dans les rues aux alentours. Chambre classique, sans superflu, avec un douche un peu petite à mon goût. Très bien pour court séjour.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment très accueillant et celui-ci est extrêment bien situé ( 2 Min. à pied du Vatican - 5 min. à pied du métro).

Tout était excellent, l'emplacement est formidable, seul soucis : problème de Wifi lors de notre séjour, d'après le responsable il s'agissait d'un problème opérateur.

Such a cute B&B in a great location! Very close to the Vatican. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning unless we notified them we would be gone & didn’t need it. All of the staff was very helpful & gave us a lot of information on the best places to go! Very happy with our stay here.

Personal service! Noreen is amazing! She spent a lot of time with us informing us of how to get around and local favorites. The neighborhood is great! We ate a lot at the halal restaurant across the busy street. We would come back again!

Lovely rooms in a large apartment close to the Vatican so conveniently located to the main attractions. Hosts were just fabulous, providing us with some great tips for where to eat locally. We’ll be back! Thank you.

Small room but comfortable.
Perfect location, so close to Vatican City. On arrival everything seemed perfect, cozy room. Shower was very small. The service desk was very helpful and even gave me pointers. They suggested I don’t carry my purse so I left it in my bedroom. Late at night after touring the city I went to my purse and noticed some money missing. My husband told me not to let that ruin our trip so I didn’t report it since I was staying there again. I noticed a sign in the bedroom door that same night that said they were not responsible for anything missing in the room. It suggested valuables be left in front desk. The front desk of course failed to mention that. I hate writing negative reviews but thought I should let people know. My stay was in October of 2017.

Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Quando dai documenti si sono accorti che era il mio compleanno, ci hanno sorpresi portandoci una bottiglia di spumante e 2 flûte per festeggiare. Tutto pulito e ben organizzato. Colazione abbondante e con prodotti freschi di un forno vicino molto buoni. Non ho pensato di fare foto alla stanza, ma mi ha fatto piacere constatare che, le foto presenti sul sito, corrispondono perfettamente. Lo consiglio.

Nice B&B with great location and staff
We had a terrific stay at Le Suite di Ottaviano. Noreen and Kelly were awesome, breakfast was great. The room was clean and well-appointed. Very Roman. The site said it was a full bed, but it was actually an American queen so we had plenty of room. Blocks away from the metro and bus stop. Would definitely recommend!

Super gelegenes Hotel fast direkt am Vatikan
Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Wir konnten die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen. Den Vatikan kann man vom Hotel aus sogar sehen! Die Jungs am Empfang waren super freundlich, der Service (z.B. Frühstück auf´s Zimmer) war toll. Wir werden ganz bestimmt nochmals nach Rom fliegen und dann auch wieder in "Le Suite di Via Ottaviano" einchecken! Vielen Dank für die super Zeit!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Kelly gave a very warm welcome with coffee and biscuits as well as a run down on the area and helping me book a transfer. The room was excellent. The decor was modern, extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable, I had the best night sleep I'd had since arriving in Europe. Highly recommended and I hope to return in the next few months - this will be my first choice.

Very good location close to the Vatican and also not far from a airport shuttle bus stop. The room was nice and good enough breakfast was included. There is also a Metro station not far from the hotel.

Do not waste your money
The worst stay in our 3 week trip. They didn't realize there were 3 of us, so they had to give us 2 rooms, which was good because the shower in one didn't work. The second day they "upgraded" us to a larger room so they could fit in a rollaway, then the 4th day, they "downgraded" us back to the original rooms because they had someone else coming and wanted to put them in the bigger room. I chose this hotel because they claimed to have "Laundry Facilities," but they did not. We spent our first evening in Rome taking our clothes out to a laundromat. They also do not offer access to the rooftop terrace or host receptions without the owner, who was out of town--totally misleading. Their ONLY saving grace, and reason they do not get all single stars from me is their staff, which consists of one amazing man. I hope the owner manages to keep him, because I seriously would've lost my mind if he had been even a little rude to us throughout the ordeal.

The location of this hotel was superb. Great restaurants nearby. Two blocks to the Vatican. Americans may find the room a bit small, but the hospitality makes up for it. Kelly was an gracious host. The elevator is a bit funky but it works!

Can a good hotel run itself?
My 3rd time there, the quality of service has gone down without Noreen's attentive presence. At check in the staff member couldn't find our reservation and hesitated to let us in. Once we got that straightened out we got our keys and a map. Later another member of the staff was primarily concerned whether I had paid (I had already). The room was cold; wifi barely worked in the room unless we left the door open. Breakfast was very good, the room was clean and the little table area with a view was quite nice. The location is wonderful. I'm hoping the service will come back. I like this hotel very much and was sad to see it being less than adequately managed.

Das Hotel befindet sich im 4. Stock eines alten Wohn- und Geschäftshauses unweit der Vatikanstadt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Die Klimaanlage- in den Sommermonaten ein absolutes Muss- funktionierte einwandfrei und äußerst leise. Vom Lärm auf der Straße bekam man nur etwas mit, wenn man das Fenster öffnete. Probleme hatten wir lediglich mit dem WLAN-Empfang. Trotz vom Hotel bereitgestellter Zugangsdaten ist es uns allen während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht gelungen, WLAN zu empfangen. Für jemand der auf ein herzhaftes Frühstück am Morgen steht, empfehle ich, nicht das vom Hotel angebotene italienische Frühstück zu wählen, was aus einem härteren mit Zucker überzogenen Croissant, einem harten Toast mit Marmelade,, ein oder zwei Keksen evtl einem Apfel oder einer Orange und einem Cappuccino besteht. Das Frühstück wird aufs Zimmer serviert, da das kleine Hotel über keinen eigenen Speiseraum verfügt. Zwei von uns wollten nach dem ersten Tag auf das vom Hotel angebotene internationale Frühstück wechseln, mussten dann jedoch feststellen, dass dies nachträglich nicht mehr möglich war.
